Chapter Three: The Wrath of the Martial Venerable.

A powerful gust of wind swept through the air as a snow-white figure, like an eagle, gracefully landed before us. His longsword held horizontally, his arrogant aura, though not angry, was imposing and intimidating, stunning the hundred or so orcs in front of him.

She told Fang Qingshu that she had business to attend to and had to leave early, seemingly anticipating the arrival of the Ten Thousand Beasts Venerable and deliberately leaving to intercept him on the way.

In his right hand, he carries a rare, massive, thick sword, its length comparable to my height, its back about three fingers thick, its entire body gleaming with a heavy, dark light, indicating its extraordinary weight.

Looking at us, his smile vanished, his head lowered slightly, and two sharp gazes shot out from above his round sunglasses. His right hand displayed astonishing strength, effortlessly wielding his greatsword and placing it on his shoulder. His left hand slipped into his sleeve, emerging from his lapel to lightly brush against his belt.

His dashing and imposing appearance seemed even more masculine than Fang Qingshu's, though his wrinkles and graying temples made him look somewhat different from before. I recognized him at a glance. This

man dressed as a swordsman was none other than Mao Yan'an, who had long since died at my hands and whose body should now be rotting.

Overwhelmed with shock, I opened my mouth, speechless. Just as I was about to make a sound, a ragged officer sprang out from behind Mao Yan'an and saluted me.

"Commander Farrellwan, I am the special envoy of the Kingdom of Alibuda, sent by His Majesty to deliver a message to the Southern Barbarians: please cease your current mission."
