and after a long while, sighed, slowly opened his eyes, his brows furrowed, and muttered to himself, "Wu Tianlong and Wu

Tianjiao are half-brothers, how can they be so similar? Strange! Could it be…" His voice trailed off, becoming barely audible.

Guo, the eunuch waiting outside the Qinde Hall,

was astonished to see Wu Tianjiao follow Consort Cao out and walk behind her. After a moment, he shook his head, his eyes filled with pity,

and sighed to himself, "Wu Tianjiao, you're doomed. Going to Donghua Palace and falling into Consort Cao's hands is no

better than falling into the hands of the little princess. You must hold on!"

Huayang Palace was not far from the Qinde Hall. Following Consort Cao, Wu Tianjiao saw many palace maids

coming and going in the harem, each dressed in silk, long skirts trailing on the ground, and adorned with jeweled hair ornaments. From a distance, it seemed as if she were in a

Ladies .

As one of the three palaces, the Donghua Palace was naturally magnificent, resplendent in gold and jade, with exquisite carvings,

adorned with gold and painted in vibrant colors. The pillars were painted with vermilion phoenixes, the roof ornaments were gilded, the doors and windows were covered with silk, the walls were painted with gold leaf, and the floor was paved with

large stones… an extreme display of luxury that left onlookers speechless.

Wu Tianjiao had lived in the Ziqi Donglai Pavilion in Dongjiabao, whose luxury surpassed even that of the Donghua Palace
