Ambiguous Condor Heroes

I woke up to the sound of birdsong at dawn. Before me was Long'er's beautiful face, her lovely little mouth as alluring as a red berry. I couldn't resist kissing her. Gradually, Long'er's breathing became heavier, and hot breaths washed over my face. I knew she was awake, but when I looked up at her, she seemed to still be fast asleep. Only her tightly blinking eyelids betrayed her. I knew she was pretending to be asleep. I lowered my head and bit her nipple. "Mmm..." Long'er couldn't keep up the act any longer and finally opened her beautiful eyes, glaring at me fiercely. "Good Long'er, you're awake..." I couldn't help but tease her. "You're so naughty, so bad..." Long'er massaged my chest with her soft, pink fists while cutely whining. Looking at her shy appearance, my eyes widened, and my little brother became aroused, almost bursting through my pants. Her breasts were so firm and full. My hands roamed over her body, caressing her freely. When my hand moved to Long'er's lower abdomen, I didn't even blink, because Long'er's breasts were already slightly swollen, and the mysterious triangle between her half-open legs was so alluring. Long'er was puzzled by my lack of reaction and quickly looked up. Just as she was about to say something, she suddenly felt something hot pressing against her, and her whole body went numb. At this moment, Long'er's jade cheeks were as red as fire, and her eyes were full of spring. Her warm palm slowly moved down and grasped my hard and hot erection. Long'er gently rubbed it, as if she were soothing an enraged beast, as if she were playing with a precious work of art, and she lightly licked my... My breasts were moving back and forth, and I kissed her red lips deeply once more. My hands gently caressed Long'er's breasts. "Hiss..." Suddenly, I felt a wave of pleasure and couldn't help but let out a soft moan. Looking down, I saw that Long'er had already taken my burning heat into her small mouth. Her nimble tongue was constantly moving over the hard, hot shaft. After a while, she stuffed it into her mouth again, letting me enjoy it to my heart's content, sucking on it like a baby, while she used her fingers to explore her own... I gently rubbed her clitoris; my speed increased, and my hands on her breasts exerted more force. Suddenly, I pressed one hand down on Long'er's head and thrust my fiery heat in again. After several powerful thrusts, I pressed my hands tightly against Long'er's head, feeling a wave of heat and numbness. A large amount of ** surged deep into Long'er's throat, and with a "gulp," Long'er swallowed all the **, her whole body trembling as she reached her climax. Today we begin learning the Nine Yin Manual; after the passion of the morning, Long'er and I dressed each other and drank some jade bee nectar before beginning our practice of the Nine Yin Manual. (Dressing Long'er naturally gave me a lot of advantages):
"Guo'er, remember that the Nine Yin Manual is divided into two volumes. The first volume focuses on internal energy cultivation methods, while the second volume focuses on martial arts techniques. The final move of the Jade Maiden Heart Sword cannot be separated from the cultivation methods in the first volume. You must listen carefully and remember me well. I... don't want anything to happen to you," Long'er said with concern. "The Way of Heaven is to take from the excess and give to the deficiency; therefore, emptiness overcomes fullness, and deficiency overcomes excess. Its meaning is broad, its principle profound, its interest deep. The phenomena of Heaven and Earth are divided, the signs of Yin and Yang are arranged, the causes of change are revealed, and the omens of life and death are manifest. Without planning, the traces are naturally the same; without agreement, they are..." The interplay between the visible and invisible, the subtleties in its words, and the unerring accuracy in its verification—truly this can be called the origin of the ultimate Way and the beginning of life. Even if one possesses innate wisdom and profound understanding, while strategic planning may be a product of natural innate knowledge, one's character is still cultivated through training. There has never been a case where actions were not guided, or results were not produced. However, through diligent study and exploration of the subtle and hidden, one may grasp the true essence, and then, though the eye is not perfect, actions will be successful, as if aided by spirits and deities. Thus, extraordinary talents emerge from time to time.
The essence of the five viscera and six bowels all flows upward to the eyes, becoming their essence. The essence of the eyes is the center of the eye, the essence of the bones is the pupil, and the essence of the tendons is the center of the eye... The black eye represents the vital energy of blood, while the white eye represents the essence of Qi. The essence of muscles forms the binding force, encompassing the essence of tendons, bones, blood, and Qi, which, along with the pulse, forms a system that ascends to the brain and emerges from the neck. Therefore, when evil enters the neck, taking advantage of the body's weakness, if the evil penetrates deeply, it follows the eye system into the brain. Upon entry, the brain spins, which in turn causes the eye system to tighten, leading to dizziness and rotation of the eyes. Evil affects the essence; if the essence is not concentrated where it is affected, it disperses, causing blurred vision and the perception of two objects.
Yin reaches its extreme at six; why speak of nine? The Taiji generates Yin and Yang, the initial separation of heaven and earth. The six Yin have already... The ultimate, meeting the seventh day, returns to the primordial state of Tai Su, the Western Metal element, the purity of Yin, the origin of cold.
The first level of the technique is: At the four cardinal times of Zi, Wu, Mao, and You, return Qi to the Dantian and push forward with the palms. Face north, back to south, towards the celestial plate, intention following the movement of both palms in the center. Focus intention on the Dantian, the first Yang movement, then draw back to the left and right acupoints. Bow to Buddha, hands clasped at the chest, true Qi circulates and flows through it. Qi circulates through the Ren and Du meridians in the Small Heavenly Circuit, warming the Dantian for the time it takes to burn an incense stick. The speed should be in accordance with the thirty-six movements, the first level of the Nine Yang Divine Skill. Every day at the four cardinal times of Zi, Wu, Mao, and You, find a place with abundant Yin energy, preferably a place with high, medium, and low elevations. Sit facing north, with your palms facing upwards, calm your mind and focus on your lower abdomen (Dantian). When the first yang energy arises, bring your hands together in front of your chest, fingertips pointing forward.
Guide the energy from your lower abdomen upwards along the Du meridian and downwards back to your lower abdomen along the Ren meridian. Repeat this for thirty-six cycles of the microcosmic orbit, gradually increasing the speed.
After the energy returns to your lower abdomen, push your palms forward, palms facing forward, fingers pointing upwards, allowing the energy to flow through your palms. Then, lower your palms, fingers pointing downwards, palms facing downwards, and quickly bring them back. Place your left palm on your Qihai acupoint and your right palm on your Mingmen acupoint, allowing the true energy to spiral into your Qihai acupoint following the hand movements. The two acupoints, Mingmen and Mingmen, converge in the Dantian. Focus your mind on the lower Dantian for the time it takes to burn an incense stick.
Once you have developed some skill and can control the flow of Qi freely, and possess resistance to cold, you can proceed to the second level.
The second level's formula is: At the extremely cold noon, sit alone on an ice bed. Face north, circulate Qi through the Small Heavenly Circuit. Adopt the Five Hearts Facing Heaven posture, open the Dantian gate. The cold Qi spirals in, flowing freely. It gathers and harmonizes in the Dantian, like snow falling but not melting. Shrink like a cold bead, snow falling but not melting. Expand into a mist encircling the body, the second level of Nine Yin. Every day at noon, find an extremely cold place, facing north. With your back to the south, face upwards, sit on a bed of ice (a type of jade that remains as cold as ice year-round). Modern practitioners can practice on ice or snow, calming their minds and eliminating all distractions. Initiate the thirty-six cycles of the circulatory system, focusing the mind on the dantian for a moment. Open the Qihai and Mingmen acupoints, inhaling cold air in a spiral motion. After inhaling for the time it takes to burn an incense stick, close these two acupoints. A cold ball will continuously rotate within the dantian, growing larger and larger until it reaches a distance of three zhang (approximately 10 meters) from the body, then retract it. Repeat this eighty-one times, until snowflakes fall on the body without melting, and when exhaling, the snowflakes are... The third level of the technique
states: The method is the same as the second level, with Yin and Yang mutually restraining each other. The aim is to cultivate internal energy, making one impervious to heat. Seeking true Yin within Yang, this is the third level of the Nine Yin Technique. Every day at midnight, find an extremely hot place and sit on a fire cauldron (modern people practice sitting on an iron plate with fire underneath, gradually heating it until it becomes unbearable). Face north with your back to south, with your five centers facing upwards, calm your mind and eliminate all thoughts. Activate the cold energy in your dantian to prevent the heat from invading. This method uses the cold energy cultivated in the second level to resist the heat. This is "seeking true Yin within true Yang."
The fourth level of the technique states: The method is the same as the third level, with Yin combining with Yin for life. It is also a method for cultivating internal energy, a method of extreme stillness and flow. Using Yin to cultivate true Yin, this is the fourth level of the Nine Yin Technique. At any time, find a still pond, with your five centers facing upwards, sit at the bottom, calm your mind and eliminate all thoughts. The water level should not exceed your neck. Circulate the true Qi in your dantian to resist the water pressure. The method is the same as the third level. Success is achieved when your body enters the water but your clothes remain dry. Then practice in a flowing river, especially in rapids, until your clothes remain dry.
This completes the *Nine Yin Divine Skill*. If you release true qi through your palm to strike someone, it becomes the Heart-Shattering Palm.
The fifth level of the Great Qi Gathering Technique states: Gathering qi is not about the breath itself, but about keeping your mouth closed and eyes open. The secret lies in the eyes; spirit and qi gather in the Qian Ding (Heavenly Cauldron).
This method enhances internal strength by using the eyes to absorb the essence of the universe. It primarily cultivates the eyes, enabling them to clearly observe and discern when facing an enemy, and to capture the enemy's soul. Every day at sunrise, stand at a high place, look directly at the sun, and when your eyes feel warm, visualize the sun's qi being drawn in through your eyes and gathered in the upper dantian. Once it reaches a certain level, it shoots out from the Tianmu acupoint (third eye point) and is then drawn back in through the eyes. Repeat this process.
The *Horizontal Shifting* technique involves nine spiral shadows, shifting left and right. Its purpose is simple, but it uses qi to create nine illusions to lure the enemy.
If combined with the Nine Yin White Bone Claw, its power can be increased tenfold. How to shift horizontally can be determined according to individual circumstances; here are two methods for reference.
The key is: turn left once, turn left halfway. Turn right once, turn right halfway. Turning left and right once is not the same; horizontal rotation is the most unified.
The formula says: Left and right rotations, heaven and earth rotate; left step, right empty space, rotation on flat ground. Hands together, yin and yang, constitute an upward rotation; right step, left empty space, rotation is not. Though a physical exercise, it contains profound principles. It must be practiced according to the "Nine Yin Manual" to prevent adverse effects. This exercise is primarily practiced during midnight and noon, but other times are also acceptable. A completely quiet place with good airflow must be chosen. All breathing in and out is through the nose. The key to this exercise is perseverance. Various illusions may appear during the exercise; do not be afraid, let them occur naturally. "If you suddenly levitate during practice, just let it happen naturally, and never try to force it with your mind..." As Long'er recited, strange images appeared in my mind. Following the images, I sat cross-legged on the ground and began to practice. Later, I asked Long'er, but nothing appeared in my mind. It seems that the power I brought from the time travel was helping me. Another month passed, and Long'er and I finished practicing and mastering the entire Nine Yin Manual. (Why so fast? Don't forget that the protagonist has special skills.) Tomorrow is the day for our dual cultivation, and Long'er and I began various preparations, which were actually preparations for our wedding ceremony.
