Shen Gongbao, who had already left, turned back and saw my miserable state. He transformed into a lion and tiger and returned to my side.
"Daoist Master, what can I do for you?"
"I truly cannot use my great cultivation to send you back to the mortal realm. However, seeing that you and I seem to have some karmic connection, I will give you a
pill. This pill, though not as good as the immortal peach that grants immortality, can still strengthen
the body and have countless uses for a mortal."
I hurriedly knelt and kowtowed.
After I stood up, Daoist Shen Gongbao and the lion and tiger had already vanished.

Sun Wukong looked around and asked the local earth god, "How many trees are there?"
The earth god replied, "There are three thousand six hundred trees. The first twelve hundred have small flowers and small fruits, ripening once every three thousand years. Those who eat them
will become immortals, gaining health and lightness. The middle twelve hundred have layered flowers and sweet fruits, ripening once every six thousand years. Those who eat them will
ascend to heaven and live forever. The last twelve hundred have purple-veined, yellow-kernel peaches, ripening once every nine thousand years. Those who eat them will live as long as heaven and earth, sharing the same age as
the sun and moon."

but could not find you, Great Sage. We feared we would delay the Queen Mother's decree, so we could not wait for you and picked the peaches here first. Please forgive us."
Hearing this, the Great Sage's anger turned to joy. "Fairy maidens, please rise. Whom has the Queen Mother invited to this banquet?"
The fairy maidens replied, "The banquet has its own established rules. We invite the Buddha, Bodhisattvas, holy monks, and Arhats of the Western Paradise; Guanyin of the Southern Pole
; the Holy Emperor of the Eastern Paradise; the immortals of the Ten Continents and Three Islands; the Mysterious Spirit of the Northern Pole; and the Yellow Horn of the Central Pole." "Great Immortal, these
are the Five Elders of the Five Directions. Also, the Five Dipper Star Lords, the Three Pure Ones and Four Emperors of the Upper Eight Caves, the Taiyi Heavenly Immortals, the Jade Emperor and
Nine Layers of the Middle Eight Caves, and the Sea and Mountain Immortals; the Lord of the Underworld and the Earthly Immortals of the Lower Eight Caves. All the great and small deities of every palace and hall are here together for the Peach
Banquet."
The Great Sage laughed, "Can you invite me?"
The fairy said, "I haven't heard of it."
The Great Sage said, "I am the Great Sage Equal to Heaven, why not invite me, Old Sun, to be a seat of honor?"
The fairy said, "This is the old custom of the previous gathering; we don't know how it is this year."
The Great Sage said, "That's true, no wonder you all are like this. You stand still, let Old Sun go and inquire first, and see if you can
invite me or not."
The Great Sage, making a hand seal and chanting an incantation, said to the fairies, "Stop, stop, stop!"
The Great Sage leaped out of the garden on a cloud of auspiciousness.
After waiting for a long time, when all was quiet in the garden, I finally peeked out and discovered that Sun Wukong had cast a spell to
freeze all the colorful fairies in place. Some were standing, some were kneeling, and some were half-squatting, each with a different posture,
but all their faces showed fear.
