me tell you about my experience at ballet school.

My school was located in a large coastal city in southern China. The school adopted an elite education model,
keeping pace with international standards. The student body was small, consistently around 300 students.

The school's facilities and resources were exceptionally good, built to international standards for top-tier ballet academies.
Therefore , the tuition was quite high, making it unaffordable for most families.

Furthermore, the admission requirements were extremely stringent; those with poor physical condition were generally not accepted.

The ballet selection criteria included the saying: "Three longs, one small, one tall, two twelves are very important; flexibility, length, and straightness are given by
parents , lightness, agility, and height are taught by teachers."

Three longs: long arms, long legs, and long neck; one small: small head; one tall: high instep; two twelves: the lower limbs
must be at least 12 cm longer than the upper body; the length of both arms plus shoulder width

must be at least 12 cm longer than the height. Flexibility, length, and straightness refer to factors such as flexibility, instep height, and knee size. These indicators
have a high and are not easily changed later in life.

Lightness and height: The quality of movements and performance are acquired through training by teachers.

Especially for students entering school during puberty, the lower limbs are generally 15 to 18 centimeters longer than the upper limbs,
particularly for girls. This is because, according to the laws of human development, the growth rate of the lower limbs
is less than that of the upper body, and the length difference between the lower limbs and the upper body decreases with development .

Also, for example, a good instep is necessary. If you are naturally flat-footed, it's not impossible to learn ballet,
but you will have to put in several times more effort than those with better physical attributes, and the school will not accept you.

Additionally, the lower and upper limbs should naturally have a certain degree of outward turn. This will make the movements appear elegant and
graceful.

Finally, you must be tall and thin. Even if your proportions meet the 12-centimeter standard, if you
are too short, it won't work.

I enrolled in ballet after finishing junior high school, along with my twin sister. My parents are both fitness
coaches; my father is a bodybuilder, and my mother is a professional yoga teacher who has won international awards and
is quite well-known.

After several years of hard work, my parents opened their own fitness center, which has become quite successful. My sister and I were influenced by them
from a young age . My sister practiced yoga with our mother, and I practiced bodybuilding with our father.

However, I resembled my mother more; I was refined, handsome, and reserved, lacking the rugged
, muscular look of a bodybuilder. Because of my bodybuilding training with my father, at only fifteen or sixteen years old,
my muscles were exaggerated for my age, which didn't match my appearance and demeanor at all.

My mother was worried that if I continued training, I would develop "deformed" muscles, which would look too scary.
So , she decided to have my sister and me learn ballet, saying that this would help me cultivate my reserved temperament and
perhaps even develop an elegant, aristocratic air.

In short, at the time, I didn't really understand it; it just seemed very sophisticated.

Perhaps due to good genes inherited from our parents, my sister and I were selected by the school without much effort.

Actually, I wasn't really keen on learning ballet at the time; I always felt it was
a . However, my mother, being the eldest daughter, couldn't disobey my decisions, especially since she kept
trying to convince me to develop an aristocratic air.

This school was a four-year program with a fully enclosed campus; we were only allowed to go home once a month.
My sister and I were immediately placed in the same class.

I inquired and found out that each class had about twenty students, and there were three classes in total. New students spent their first year in a separate
building , supposedly to help them adjust. Each class had two teachers: a homeroom
teacher who focused on dance and an assistant teacher who emphasized physical training.

Our class met in a spacious and bright dance studio. The studio was large, with a simple yet
stylish, international feel. The walls were adorned with many world-famous paintings, and the training equipment was
comprehensive .

I counted twenty-three students in the class, only five of whom were boys, mostly around
fifteen or sixteen years old.

One of the teachers was a woman in her late twenties named Jiang Xuehui, with
a voluptuous figure and fair skin; she was our homeroom teacher.

One was Lin Meiyu, a 22- or 23-year-old teaching assistant. She was slender and graceful, like a little
swan in motion.

Most new students at this school had excellent natural physiques and some dance background. Everyone
introduced themselves, mentioning their dance backgrounds, strengths, and talents.

I was the first one there, someone who had trained in bodybuilding since childhood. Under the curious gazes of the teachers and classmates,
I was quite nervous. Especially since most of the people present were girls, all very beautiful; I had never
experienced anything like it before.

The other boys weren't much better looking than me. I noticed that most of them were quite handsome,
generally quite delicate-looking—though I knew I was far from being as striking as them (anyway, bragging isn't illegal).

However, they all had a certain effeminate quality, a stark contrast to the rugged, masculine bodybuilders I was used to—
a world of difference.

Although I'm naturally reserved, I'm definitely not this effeminate type. Besides, I'm a bodybuilder; I'm
like an oil painting, a quiet, understated masculine beauty, which makes me feel a bit out of place with them.

I was terrified that after training, I'd end up like them, and people would laugh at me! This
cast a shadow over me, and I wondered if coming to learn ballet was the right decision!

Teacher Jiang Xuehui first explained the school's rules and regulations, as well as the course arrangements. Apparently,
it wasn't just ballet; Latin dance, modern dance, and folk dance would also be included.

I listened carefully and found that most of the daily classes were dance training, with few academic subjects, and none
of the math and science I disliked. There were only a few humanities subjects, mainly dance theory, music, performance, makeup,
poetry recitation, English, Russian, and similar courses.

Then, teaching assistant Lin Meiyu began distributing the professional costumes and other items that had been tailored for us upon enrollment.
I had never been exposed to ballet before. Looking at the pile of clothes in front of me—mostly women's clothing: white and
flesh- colored pantyhose, stockings, tight-fitting garter stockings, and stacks of what looked like children's bodysuits—and especially
at the several pairs of ballet shoes in white, black, yellow, pink, and red, my lips twitched.

Teacher Lin began explaining the purpose of these clothes and shoes, and the correct way to wear them. She required everyone to wear pantyhose or stockings at
school , and no underwear underneath. Both boys and girls had to shave their pubic hair.

She then picked up a tube of something covered in foreign language, telling us it was shaving cream
and a special electric shaving razor, and explained how to use them.

Teacher Lin spoke very seriously, but I felt quite awkward listening to her. Sometimes our eyes met, and
some of the girls even blushed.

Finally, Ms. Jiang gave a summary, pointing to a set of
white and white bodysuits for the girls, along with white ballet shoes, and instructing everyone to wear
the same style and color to class the next day. Then class ended.

The school's dormitory building was elegantly decorated, with many oil paintings related to ballet hanging in the corridors,
exuding an artistic atmosphere. We freshmen were all on the same floor, two people to a room, with
a separate toilet and shower, fully equipped.

I first helped my older sister carry her things back to her dorm; her room was diagonally opposite mine.
My roommate, Cheng Lin, was pretty, with delicate features and fair skin. She couldn't be described as handsome,
just beautiful, almost like a girl.

To be honest, I'm quite handsome myself, but I couldn't help feeling a little
jealous .

He said he had a background in ballet, but I didn't know how he trained. He spoke in a soft, effeminate voice,
which I found utterly nauseating, and I didn't really want to talk to him.

I simply picked up all the items that had been handed out and examined them one by one. For example, I
studied the shaving tool for quite a while, quite curious about it.

Then I opened the packaging and took out the white pantyhose that the teacher had assigned. It felt very light and silky to the touch; it was
some kind of silk material, thin, smooth, soft, and extremely elastic—it looked very high-end.

I took off all my clothes and struggled quite a bit to pull the pantyhose up to my waist and put them on.
After they felt very tight, especially around my lower body. The sensation was like
a cool breeze blowing across my crotch on a hot day—a pleasant, slightly refreshing feeling. Hmm! Not bad.

However, the pantyhose were really too tight, and my lower body felt very uncomfortable. I don't know if it was
because they were too slippery, but I felt like the pantyhose kept slipping down on its own.

I walked around the room a few times to get used to it, but it was still just one word: "tight"! I had to keep
pulling the pantyhose up around my lower body to loosen it.

I picked up the white ballet shoes again and examined them. They looked similar to regular soft-soled shoes, except
the toe was hard. They felt a bit tight on my feet, like they were a size too small.

I walked around a bit to try them on, and they were very light, comfortable, and breathable—it felt like I wasn't wearing shoes at all!

While I was trying them on, my
roommate

kept glancing at me. When he noticed me looking at him, he immediately lowered his head, looking shy, his pale neck peeking out from under his oversized t-shirt was flushed. What was even more amusing was that he was huddled in a corner of his bed, his arms wrapped around his knees, as
if I had done something to him.

"I'm really annoyed by his appearance!" I thought to myself, lamenting my bad luck in having such a roommate.

Out of sight, out of mind, I took off the ballet shoes and went to the bathroom in my room. I looked at myself in the full-length mirror
, and oh my god! The shape of my genitals was completely exposed, a huge, unsightly lump. And
the stockings were definitely too thin; upon closer inspection, it was practically like I wasn't wearing any!

A small tuft of black hair above my genitals was very noticeable in the mirror! No wonder the teacher told us to shave it off; it really
wasn't aesthetically pleasing.

Speechless, I laboriously pulled off the pantyhose, which crumpled into a ball in my hand; the silky smooth texture was
quite nice . I thought to myself, it's the middle of summer, thirty or forty degrees outside, I can't possibly wear thick clothes, or I'll get sick
!

"But, these are way too thin!" I was very annoyed, tossing the pantyhose onto a clothes rack,
intending to ask Cheng Lin and the others if they wore these when they practiced ballet. But remembering Cheng Lin's effeminate manner, I immediately lost
interest.

I simply turned on the shower and took a long, refreshing cold shower, feeling completely invigorated.

I took my phone to the bathroom and called my sister to check on her, and she told me
to follow the teacher's instructions.

It turned out that her roommate, Yang Lili, had a mother who was a choreographer at the school. She said the school
was very strict, and you had to do exactly what the teacher said; otherwise, you'd suffer.

"Suffer!" I wondered to myself after hanging up, but ultimately decided to follow the teacher's
instructions. After all, I'm a good student!
