Unscrupulous doctor

Hello everyone, my name is Li Na, I am 24 years old, and I live in a famous heavy industrial city in Northeast China. I was born into a working-class family; my parents are honest and hardworking workers with no special social connections. I was a good student from a young age and after graduating from high school, I was admitted to a national key university in my city—XX University. I knew that to get a job at a good hospital after graduation, I had to study hard, and I always ranked at the top of my class in exams. However, when it came time for job assignments, because I had no connections and no money to bribe, my spot to stay at the university was taken by someone else. I was very angry at the time, but what could I do?
It was at this moment that I realized the cruelty of society; people would do anything to survive. But what happened later made me truly experience the filth, despicableness, and squalor of the society we live in.
After graduation, I was assigned to work at a very poor small hospital, where even my salary was not paid on time. My parents were also laid off due to the poor performance of their company, which meant they were unemployed. In order to survive, I had to apply for jobs everywhere. Because I studied medicine and graduated from a national key university, I was quickly hired by a foreign pharmaceutical company as a medical representative, specifically responsible for several hospitals affiliated with my alma mater. At first, I thought this job was simple and the pay was good, but what I experienced later completely shattered my dream.
My company is a wholly American-owned enterprise, famous worldwide, producing a wide variety of effective drugs, but also very expensive, beyond the reach of most patients. To gain a foothold in clinical treatment, the company stipulates that doctors receive a certain percentage of the cost, or kickback, usually between 10% and 20%. This means a doctor receives about ten dollars for each dose. Even so, the company's sales are not ideal because competition is fierce. To get your drugs into hospitals, you need more than just money; you need connections, power, and even physical attraction. And so, I, a recent graduate, was unknowingly drawn into this dirty vortex.
My company's manager is a man in his mid-thirties, a former doctor who resigned long ago, supposedly due to a strained relationship with his superiors. In reality, he was highly skilled; it was simply because his qualifications and expertise surpassed his superiors' that they constantly made things difficult for him, leading to his resignation.
He started as a pharmaceutical representative and, due to his excellent performance, was quickly appointed regional manager, responsible for sales in Northeast China.
Initially, things went well, but later, with increasing competition and more complex marketing tactics, sales plummeted. Headquarters became increasingly dissatisfied with his work, and he felt immense pressure, as he hadn't easily secured the position.
To turn things around, he tried everything, pulling strings and using connections, but to little avail. Through careful thought and investigation, he finally identified the root of the problem.
He decisively dismissed a group of older, less attractive pharmaceutical representatives and hired a group of recent graduates—I was one of them.
When I first arrived at the company, I was happy because the salary was high, almost four times that of my previous job, and the work wasn't too strenuous, with no night shifts. However, I forgot a crucial point: there's no such thing as a free lunch.
We received basic training upon starting work and were then assigned to various hospitals, each responsible for three or four. Monthly sales targets were set, and failure to meet them resulted in salary deductions. The market competition was fierce, and as a novice, even getting the drugs into the hospitals was difficult, let alone meeting the targets! Just when I was about to despair, the manager called me over. He threatened and tempted me at the same time, saying that if I listened to him, I could keep my well-paid job. I think he must have known my background, but thinking of my parents and my current situation, I desperately needed this job, so I had no choice but to agree.
He implied that in today's society, to accomplish something, ability alone is far from enough. You're young, beautiful, and have a great figure; why not use those abilities? It was at this moment that I truly understood the devastating meaning of forcing someone into prostitution! But they didn't use violence; they forced me to take this step out of desperation. I felt sorry for myself because I knew that once I took that step, I would become a highly educated prostitute, selling my soul and body for money!
I had no choice, no way to escape, because I live in the real world, and this is the only way I can survive!
After I decided to take that step, over time I gradually saw the evil hidden beneath that dazzling halo, the despicable nature beneath that sanctimonious facade. I realized that those with knowledge, status, and identity were just like me, selling their souls, and that they were even more despicable, more vile, and more filthy than I was. At this point, my mindset gradually became more balanced.
The manager was very happy after I agreed; he wanted me to work for him, promising me benefits as long as I listened to him.
Together with him, we researched how to get our company's drugs into the two hospitals affiliated with the medical university. He used his connections to find out the names, home addresses, and contact numbers of the hospital's presidents, vice presidents, pharmacy directors, internal medicine and surgery directors, and members of the hospital's pharmacy committee. Then we studied their hobbies and social connections. As the saying goes, flies don't land on eggs without cracks; everyone has flaws and weaknesses, and we targeted those weaknesses. Generally, men are often lustful, and women are often greedy, though some are both. For male leaders, we sent female representatives to lobby them, and for female leaders, we sent male representatives. These two large hospitals were very famous in Northeast China, with many patients, many from rural areas. These two hospitals were also known for their exorbitant fees because they never used cheap drugs. They told patients that cheap drugs were ineffective, but the truth was that they didn't get kickbacks from using cheap drugs. Many rural patients went bankrupt trying to treat their illnesses, unaware that a large portion of their medical expenses went into the doctors' pockets. Of course, we also made a substantial profit from this! In order to make a profit, we also paid a heavy price. I remember once, in order to get an antibiotic into their surgical ward, I went to see their director. He was over sixty years old, but he was still the director because of his skills. We had found out beforehand that this old guy was very lecherous and had affairs with representatives of other companies. He would threaten to stop you from using your medicine at any time. In fact, he was very rich, but he was still very greedy. The kickbacks he asked for were too high for you to accept. At this time, he would start to hint that if you could sleep with him, he would lower the kickback. I thought to myself, you old geezer, is your dick still working?
So I went with him to a hotel and booked a room. I didn't expect the old man's penis to be so big, and even more unexpectedly, he carried Viagra with him. After taking the Viagra, he asked to shower with me. Seeing him naked, I felt utterly disgusted. After showering, he wanted me to lick his penis, and he started licking my vagina. Not long after, he became aroused and inserted his old penis into my wet vagina. He moved up and down, panting heavily. I was really afraid he would suffocate on top of me. It
probably only took about five minutes before he couldn't hold back and ejaculated, collapsing on top of me like a dead man.
He reduced our company's drug kickbacks by ten percent, but on the condition that our company send one person every week to have sex with him, and that the person be young and beautiful, otherwise he wouldn't use our drugs. What a lecherous old man, a complete scoundrel! But in everyone's eyes, he's a highly respected old professor, an expert. That's reality, it's truly frustrating!
And so our company gradually entered a virtuous cycle again. But the lubricant of this cycle was the soul and body of us pharmaceutical representatives. We received generous compensation, but I always felt there was a fishy smell on the money I received—was it the smell of blood, semen, or even my own vaginal fluid? I really couldn't tell. I felt like I was living like a walking corpse. Back then, I had grand ideals, dreaming of becoming a life-saving angel in white through my own efforts. But who could have imagined that I would become a high-class prostitute who survives by selling my body and soul? Now I understand that having ideals is one thing, but realizing them is another. In this era where poverty is mocked but prostitution is not, how many souls have been twisted, how many people's dignity trampled upon? What I can't understand is those with high... People of high social standing don't need to toil for a living; they are respected everywhere. But who would think that they sell their souls to satisfy their desires? Do they ever consider that the money going into their pockets is the hard-earned money of patients? It is because of their greed that the distorted profession of pharmaceutical sales representatives has been created. I think they are even worse than prostitutes; they are the real social scum, a bunch of trash. The harm they cause to patients and society cannot be measured in money. They influence people's thinking and values with their dark and despicable souls. On the surface, they are angels in white, but in reality, they are a group of bloodsuckers who devour people without spitting out the bones. They live a decadent and extravagant life with the hard-earned money of patients, indulging in all sorts of vices. But I think they will get their retribution sooner or later!
