Finding a lover for one's wife - Additional notes

After posting about finding a lover for my wife last time, I added a lot of friends. After talking with my wife, I discovered she has quite a few requirements. So I'm posting again to supplement the details.
Height over 175cm, not too thin or too fat.
If we're going to book hotel rooms initially, I hope he can afford it; not budget hotels, at least a 4-star hotel. I initially said I could pay, but my wife said I'd be paying for both her and the money, which makes sense.
