母子關系有兩種，一種是固有的，是建立在血緣關系上，是牢不可破的，是物質，是不可改變的。一種是通過第三方構件建立的親情關系，如因子女的婚姻關系建立的岳父岳母關系，還有諸如繼父繼母，干爹干媽等，這些關系的成立要靠第三方構件的存在，是意識的，是可改變的。
我就是這樣的關系，如果我和她女兒的婚姻不存在或解除，我和她的關系就不是亂倫。也就是說我們的所謂亂倫是后天創立的概念，其要因的成立是由人們去定的，這個人可以是你或我也可以是其他的人，標準是不固定的。
