Chapter Six (Part 1) Yu Fengwu
Just as I was excitedly preparing to merge with my beloved Fengwu, a bright light suddenly appeared
before my eyes , followed by an immense force, as if Mount Tai were pressing down on me. I
vaguely heard Fengwu's delicate shout before being knocked unconscious by the force...
While unconscious, I was once again plunged into darkness. Although I tried desperately to open my eyes, my eyelids
felt like they were filled with lead, and no matter how hard I tried, it was to no avail. Just when I was at my wit's end, I seemed to
hear Yu Fengwu's voice calling out. For some reason, as soon as I heard Yu Fengwu's familiar voice, I actually
opened my eyes.
Suddenly seeing the light again, my eyes couldn't adjust for a moment, so I squinted and looked
around to see if Yu Fengwu was around me. But to my disappointment, Yu Fengwu was not
around me. I was puzzled. Was the shout I heard earlier just my hallucination?
