How do I bring up the idea of sleeping with my wife to my friend?

I've been trying to convince my wife for a long time that we should have two friends join in. She seems to be looking forward to it, but I don't know how to bring it up with our friends. Like she said, if one of them doesn't want to participate, we'll be in a huge embarrassment.
