The frustration with the 69 album permissions...

I uploaded photos twice. The first time, when I created the album, I set the permissions to "Regular Member," and after a day, it was approved, but the access was changed to "Premium Member Visible." Frustrated, I contacted customer service, who said they couldn't change it. The second time, I created the album and set the permissions to "Guest," and after three days, it was approved, but the permissions were again changed to "Premium Member." I asked the 69 administrators if they could respect my opinion and help me change it back. If they truly can't change it, then 69's website backend is simply too outdated... Could you please find a reliable website template?
