Why do people all prefer silence? (I want to get to know my older sister)

For some reason, I've recently added some people who are 69 (presumably referring to a specific type of online friend or contact), but some just go silent after adding me, while others spend ages just talking without any real connection. What's going on? Should I add them first and then act on it if I need anything? Or should I just add them, fantasize a bit, and then leave? My thought is that I need to get to know them first, to have some kind of connection, otherwise, why not just spend some money? Are there any more sincere people out there? More sincerity, sharing happiness, and enjoying the process are the key points! Hey, ladies and gentlemen of Kunming, add me, I need someone sincere!
