Does this kind of unspoken rule really exist in Shenyang?

I was lucky enough to meet a couple these past couple of days, and we had a good chat. They mentioned wanting to do things at their place, but there was a condition: 200 yuan for two hours, which they said was an unspoken rule in Shenyang, basically a fee for soiled sheets. I don't really care about the 200 yuan, but it just feels awkward. I've heard from friends on 69.com that there's no such thing as a fee for this. Is there really such an unspoken rule for this? Seeking advice from experienced friends on 69.com, especially those from Shenyang. Is this true?
