Why can't I upload photos?

I recently bought my wife some sexy lingerie online. She looks incredibly alluring in them, so I took some pictures of her in several outfits and wanted to share them with you all. Unfortunately, I can't upload them; I don't know why. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
