Number of repetitions. II. Nourishing Essence: Inhale into the lower abdomen, pause briefly, and exhale as the breath flows from the navel into the Mingmen point (located at the base of the spine). Inhale again, and the breath flows back from the Mingmen point to the navel. Repeat this cycle. Practice as many times as desired. (The Mingmen point is located at the spine, directly opposite the navel.) III. Root Wheel Rotation: After practicing the first two steps for a period of time, if you experience a warm sensation (like hot water flowing inside the body), twitching (muscle twitching), or electric shock-like sensation (like being electrocuted) in the genitals and lower back (any one of these is sufficient), proceed to this step. Inhale into the lower abdomen... At the navel, exhale as the breath sinks into the scrotum. Inhale again, the breath travels from the scrotum, through the perineum, across the coccyx, along the spine to the Mingmen acupoint. Hold your breath for four or five seconds, then exhale as the breath returns from the Mingmen to the lower abdomen. This completes one cycle. Practice multiple cycles as desired. (This exercise is the foundation of Yin-Yang cultivation; however, Yin-Yang cultivation is considered immoral and will not be discussed further.) Fourth, the Great Locking Yang Gate Method: This is the key to "Nine Women in One Night." This step is quite strenuous. In fact, if the first three steps are practiced well, the body's vital energy will be abundant, and intercourse will last for more than half an hour. This is a very serious problem. Stand in a high horse stance, calm your mind and breath deeply, drawing the breath into the perineum. While inhaling, tense your muscles starting from the big toe (Dadun acupoint), then down the sole of your foot, through your calf, thigh, groin, lower abdomen, chest, back, and neck, in that order. Hold your breath, forcefully contracting the perineum, raising the breath from the perineum to the navel and holding it there. Maintain this tension throughout your body (the perineum should be contracted as much as possible). Hold this position until you can no longer hold your breath, then exhale in three stages (exhale one-third, inhale one-third, and exhale the remaining air in three separate stages). (Exhale completely in one breath) The breath descends from the navel to the perineum. Slowly relax the whole body. This counts as one repetition. Practice multiple times a day, and you should see initial results in about a month. (You can have sex for one or two hours without ejaculating.) V. Rejuvenation Exercise: Lie on your back with your legs open and the soles of your feet facing each other at the Yongquan acupoints (located on the soles of the feet), but not touching. Place your hands beside your ears, blocking your ear canals with your middle fingers, ensuring that you cannot hear any external sounds. Calm your mind and eliminate all thoughts. Remain in this position. Let it be natural; if you fall asleep, then fall asleep. The key is to empty your mind and heart, thinking of nothing. (Occasionally...) For sex, a flexible body allows for diverse positions. For standing meditation or horse stance, please search online for methods. Standing in a horse stance is an endurance exercise. First, the "Iron Waist Bridge": Find two chairs, place them at opposite ends, lie on your back, with your head and shoulder on one side and your calf and heel on the other, keeping your lower back, hips, and thighs suspended and straight. Start with one minute and work your way up to one hour. Daily practice will guarantee powerful thrusts, significantly increasing the frequency, speed, and intensity of your penetration. (It's very strenuous; I almost cried every time I practiced this as a child.) Second, the "Dragon Tail Swing": Lie on your back on the bed, make fists with both hands, and place them under your lower back. (Two...) Legs straight, together, and raised to a 45° angle. Keeping the upper body still, slowly swing both legs from side to side, with an amplitude of approximately 45°. Remember, it's a slow swing, very slow, the key is slow, understand? The duration can range from one minute to one hour. III. Formal Tendon Removal: Lie on your back with legs straight and together. Raise both hands overhead, lift your upper body, bend forward, and extend your arms and palms to grasp the soles of your feet. Stretch your entire body as much as possible, bringing your head close to your calves. If your palms can grasp the soles of your feet, do so, holding for one or two minutes. Return to starting position after the bell. This involves folding the upper body down to the lower body, using the hips as the axis. Do this at least ten times a day. Reverse position: Lie on your side with your arms extended overhead and legs straight and together. Hold for three minutes. Do this at least ten times a day. Fourth, Dragon Playing with a Pearl: Place one hand on your navel and the other hand on your testicles, simultaneously kneading and rubbing. The hand on your navel should rub in circles around the navel, while the hand on your testicles should also rub in circles around the scrotum, applying slight pressure to the testicles. The sensation should be a slight soreness. According to tradition, this should be rubbed 81 times. Then switch hands and continue rubbing. The mantra is: "One rub, one twist, nine times nine equals one, the yang will not leave." Fifth, the Strengthening Whip (Turtle Spreading Method): Grasp the base of the penis and quickly shake it up and down, letting the glans hit the abdomen and scrotum. Then swing it left and right, letting the glans hit the left and right sides of the abdomen. During this process, the penis will slowly become engorged with blood and harden. Hold it tightly and pull from the base to the glans; the glans will become engorged and purplish. Pause briefly, then release. The penis will soften slightly again.
