Internal Energy Cultivation: In the novel *The
Carnal Prayer Mat*, Wei Yangsheng sought ways to improve male potency and delay ejaculation. Sai Kunlun mentioned three methods: internal energy cultivation, anesthetic drugs, and surgery. I'm now sharing the internal energy cultivation method of internal energy cultivation and anesthetics.
I. Nourishing Kidney Essence:
Sit with legs apart and scrotum suspended. Tongue against the roof of the mouth. Calm your mind. Inhale through your nose down to your scrotum, slightly contracting your testicles and perineum until you feel a slight soreness. (The Mingmen point is located at the base of the spine, directly opposite the navel.)
III. Circulating the Perineum:
After practicing the first two steps for a while, if you experience a warm sensation (like hot water flowing inside the body), twitching (muscle twitching), or tingling (like an electric shock) in the genitals and lower back (any one of these sensations is sufficient), proceed to this step.
Inhale into the lower abdomen at the navel, and exhale as the breath sinks into the scrotum. Inhale again, and the breath flows from the scrotum through the perineum, across the coccyx, along the spine to the Mingmen point. Hold your breath for four or five seconds, and exhale as the breath returns from the Mingmen point to the lower abdomen. This completes one cycle. Practice multiple cycles as desired. (This exercise is the foundation of Yin-Yang cultivation, but it is considered immoral and will not be discussed further.)
IV. The Great Locking of Yang Gate Method:
This is the key to having sex with nine women at night. This step is quite strenuous. If the first three steps are practiced well, the body's vital energy will be abundant, and intercourse lasting more than half an hour will not be a major problem.
Standing posture: High horse stance. Calm your mind and breath, take a deep breath, directing the breath into the perineum. While inhaling, tense the area starting from the big toe (Dadun acupoint), then the sole of the foot, calf, thigh, genitals, waist, abdomen, chest, back, and neck, tensing sequentially. After tensing, hold your breath, forcefully contracting the perineum, raising the breath from the perineum to the navel and holding it there. Maintain this state until you can no longer hold your breath, then exhale in three parts (exhale one-third, inhale one-third, do not exhale all at once), allowing the breath to descend from the navel to the perineum. Slowly relax your whole body. This counts as one repetition. Practice multiple times a day, and you should see initial results within a month. (Can have sex for one or two hours without ejaculating)
V. Rejuvenating Youth Exercise:
Lie on your back with your legs open and the soles of your feet facing each other at the Yongquan acupoints (Kidney 1), but not touching. Place your hands beside your ears, using your middle fingers to block your ear canals, ensuring that you cannot hear any external sounds. Calm your mind and be free of thoughts. Remain in this position. Let it be natural; if you fall asleep, so be it. The key is to empty your mind and not think about anything. (Occasionally, you may experience a jolt, a feeling of falling from a great height, or a spinning sensation; do not pursue or pay attention to these. Most often, you may experience a few throbbing contractions and aches in the perineum. Again, do not pursue or pay attention to these.) With prolonged practice, your body will become like that of a child, with strong morning erections and multiple erections per night.
External Exercises:
Leg Pressing – Please refer to Basic Martial Arts Training. Backbend – Please also refer to Basic Martial Arts Training. Waist Twisting – Again, refer to Basic Martial Arts Training. The above three are flexibility exercises. For sex, a flexible body allows for diverse positions. Standing Posture or Horse Stance: Please search online for methods. Horse Stance is an endurance exercise.
1. **Iron Waist Bridge:
** Find two chairs and place them at opposite ends. Lie on your back with your head and shoulder on one side, and your calf and heel on the other side, keeping your lower back, hips, and thighs suspended and straight. Start with one minute and work your way up to one hour. Daily practice will guarantee powerful thrusts, significantly increasing the frequency, speed, and intensity of your penetration. (It's very strenuous; I almost cried every time I practiced this as a child.)
2. **Dragon Tail Swing:
** Lie on your back on the bed with your hands in fists, placed under your lower back. Extend and raise both legs to a 45° angle, keeping your upper body still. Slowly swing your legs from side to side, with an amplitude of approximately 45°. Remember, it's slow, slow—the key is slow, understand? Again, start with one minute and work your way up to one hour.
III. Formal Tendon Pulling
: Lie on your back with legs straight and together, arms raised overhead. Lift your upper body, bend forward, and extend your arms and palms to grasp the soles of your feet, stretching your entire body as much as possible. Bring your head to your calves; if you can grasp the soles of your feet, do so. Hold for one or two minutes, then return to the starting position. This involves folding your upper body downwards using your hips as the axis. Do this at least ten times a day.
Reverse: Lie on your side with arms extended overhead and legs straight and together. Then bend your head and arms towards your waist, extending your legs towards your waist, like a drawn bow. Stretch as much as you can until you can't bear it anymore. Hold for three minutes. Do this at least ten times a day.
IV. Dragon Playing
with a Pearl: Place one hand on your navel and the other on your testicles, simultaneously kneading and rubbing. The hand on your navel should rub in circles around your navel, while the hand grasping your testicles should also rub in circles around your scrotum, applying slight pressure until you feel a slight soreness. Traditionally, this should be done 81 times. Then switch hands and continue kneading. The mantra is: "One scoop, one rub, nine times nine returns to one, the yang does not leave."
Fifth, the Strengthening Whip (Turtle Spreading Method):
Grasp the base of the penis and quickly shake it up and down, letting the glans hit the belly and scrotum. Then swing it left and right, letting the glans hit the left and right sides of the abdomen. During this process, the penis slowly becomes engorged with blood and hardens. Hold it tightly and pull from the base to the glans. The glans will become engorged and purplish. Pause briefly, then release. The penis will soften slightly again. Repeat the up-and-down and left-and-right swinging. After it hardens again, hold it tightly and pull. Repeat several times.
