Are there any couples from Shijiazhuang, Hebei?

Are there any genuinely interested couples from Hebei, preferably in the Shijiazhuang area? I haven't found a suitable match yet. Either I've been scammed, or I've met single men who claim their wives have an emergency. Is it really that hard to find a partner? They either immediately ask for a hotel room, or they take photos and then disappear! It's so difficult!
