11. Change positions, keeping your right two fingers in the vagina and continuing to rotate, while your left hand presses on the woman's lower abdomen. Perform oral sex on the woman for one or two minutes, focusing on the labia majora and minora and the vaginal opening. 12. Sit up and kneel between the woman's legs, as shown in Figure (B). Slightly withdraw your finger and place it against the vaginal wall behind the pubic bone, gradually applying pressure upwards. This is the most direct form of G-spot stimulation.
13. Please note that at this point, your middle and ring fingers should only be inserted two knuckles. Do not insert too far, otherwise you will not be able to massage the G-spot!
