*** Correct Thrusting Techniques

Sexual intercourse ranks low on most women's wish lists because it's still considered taboo and perceived as painful, potentially involving unpleasant substances, or worse, subject to rough treatment. However, this doesn't mean no one tries it. Approximately 43% of women have tried sexual intercourse, but less than 30% experience pleasure from it. Sexual intercourse is also a high-risk activity (think of HIV), so always use a strong condom for protection, and make sure your partner goes slowly. The tissues in the anal area are very delicate and inelastic (unlike the vagina), making them prone to tearing. In
male-to-male and male-to-female sexual intercourse: the person being penetrated must maintain control. Since sexually transmitted infections can be transmitted during intercourse and foreplay, use a condom before your partner's penis touches your anus—even if he won't penetrate.
Apply ample lubricant to the condom on your partner's penis and to your anus. I recommend sitting on top of your partner so you can maintain control. When his penis head enters your anus, both the internal and external sphincter muscles will contract, causing a sharp pain. Stop immediately! Your muscles will relax within 30 to 60 seconds, and then you can safely allow his penis to continue. Move up and down a few times; your sphincter muscles will be relaxed enough for you to switch to any position you prefer.
Do not stimulate your own penis while your partner is penile, as this will trigger a strong reflex and cause your sphincter muscles to contract even more.
Female-to-female anal stimulation: There is no physiological or structural difference between the male and female anal canals, so technically there is little difference. Lesbians should wear latex gloves or condoms when using their hands or sex toys to sexually stimulate the anus. Poor hygiene can easily lead to the transmission of sexually transmitted diseases. Furthermore, using plenty of lubricant is essential.
Procedure: Anal sex is painful for most women because relaxing the anal muscles (relaxing both sphincter muscles simultaneously) is difficult. The best way to overcome this is to apply plenty of lubricant, insert one finger and hold it for one minute, then push it inward. This helps relax the sphincter muscles, making penetration easier. I also recommend the following optimal positions:
1. Lie on your back with a pillow under your hips. You can place your hands under your thighs and lift them back to increase the body's curve, making penetration easier.
2. Or sit on him and press your penis down.
3. Or use a rear-entry position.
