How to improve female vaginal flatulence

3. Gynecological Inflammation:


Some patients with vaginitis experience vaginal flatulence because the microorganisms infecting the vagina produce gas during reproduction, which is then expelled from the vagina when body position changes or abdominal pressure increases. Generally, this type of flatulence is accompanied by a weak airflow from the vagina, and is primarily characterized by increased vaginal discharge, vulvar itching, or vaginal discomfort. It is recommended to consult a doctor for examination to determine the cause and receive appropriate treatment.


4. Constipation Worsens Vaginal Flatulence


: Constipation increases abdominal pressure, causing the abdomen to compress the vagina like an inflated balloon. If there is already a small amount of gas in the vagina, it will be squeezed out, producing a noticeable sound.


III. What to Do About Vaginal Flatulence in Women?


Clearly, vaginal flatulence significantly impacts sexual intercourse and, in the long run, can affect the libido of both partners. So what can be done? The best and most direct solution is to correct it by exercising the vaginal muscles to improve their contraction strength. The exercises are as follows:


1. Lie on your back with your hips and legs hanging off the ground. Keep your legs together and lift your upper body straight up above your torso, bringing them towards your abdomen. Hold for a moment, then slowly lower yourself. Repeat this 20 times, once in the morning and once in the evening.


2. Lie on your back, relax your whole body as much as possible, place your hands on your lower abdomen, and perform deep abdominal breathing. When inhaling, your abdomen should expand; when exhaling, your abdomen should contract. Repeat this 10-20 times, 2-3 times a day.


3. Lie on your back with your legs crossed. Squeeze your buttocks and thighs together, and gradually lift your anus, holding for about 5 seconds. Return to the starting position. You can gradually increase the duration of the anal contraction. Repeat 10-20 times, 2-3 times a day.
