Is a time-sharing marriage contract feasible?

The term "trial marriage" is nothing new, and while it's generally accepted, it doesn't comply with legal regulations.
Before marriage, both parties voluntarily agree on a period of one, two, or three years. If both are satisfied by then, they can renew the marriage contract, which can be short-term or lifelong, without any further formalities; they simply continue living together.
If they are dissatisfied with the marriage at that time, they can dissolve it. Is this method of breaking the lifelong commitment feasible?
The primary drawback is that it doesn't adequately protect women's rights. Therefore, agreeing not to have children during the marriage contract seems more advantageous for women.
The advantage is that it can prevent many unhappy marriages, and everyone is aware of the significant proportion of unhappy marriages that must be maintained.
If the man's intention isn't to manipulate women, but rather there is genuine love during the marriage contract, then this time-sharing marriage, within the bounds of the law, allows each person to have more romantic experiences and more confidants of the opposite sex. Because it's a pre-agreed time-sharing marriage, both parties anticipate the possibility of separation, thus cherishing every day together. Unlike a typical divorce, breakups don't necessarily turn people into strangers or enemies. The chances of them remaining good friends, siblings, or confidantes are very high.
