Question: Is there any risk of STDs from unprotected 3P group sex?

Question 1: I'd like to ask the real couples in this place, aren't you afraid of contracting diseases from all this swapping, group sex, and unprotected sex?
Answer 1: First, use a condom, making sure it's airtight, and don't remove it during sex. (This is the safest and most convenient method.) Second, have consistent sexual partners, and for a period of time, ensure they haven't had sex with other people. (This is a safer method.) Third, the best way is for both partners to go to the hospital for a genital examination. (This is the most troublesome but safest method, requiring a check-up every time you have sex. This maximizes the prevention of STIs.)
