Is there a problem?

It's been almost a month since I've had sex with my wife, and I feel unmotivated; she's not interested either. I have sex with my mistress once or twice a week, and I don't know how my wife copes. She's around 45, right in her prime, and I don't believe she doesn't have sexual desires. I feel she probably does, and I want to know, but I'm worried I won't be able to accept it if she finds out. What should I do?
