I have a question for experienced couples/partners.

A while ago, I added a couple on social media. I got along quite well with the guy; he asked me some basic questions, and he seemed satisfied with my answers. That evening, he suggested I chat with his wife. I asked if that was okay, and he said of course. So I started chatting with her. He had sent me some photos of her during the day, saying I could use them that night, which I did. The conversation went well; while we were chatting, she was having sex with him and sent me voice messages. It got really arousing, so I asked her if it was exciting to chat while doing it. She said it was alright. I asked if she wanted it to be more exciting, suggesting a voice message would be even more stimulating. Then, I think he sent me a voice message. I answered, and he asked her to talk, but she just kept moaning without saying anything. I asked if she was enjoying it, but she didn't answer. He sent two more messages, but it was the same, so we stopped chatting. Two hours later, when I tried to speak again, it showed that my message had been deleted. I want to ask if I said or did something wrong?
