I want to bring my female neighbor into this circle. Any advice from you guys?

I recently moved to a new apartment. Since the neighborhood transportation is inconvenient, my neighbors all carpool to and from the subway station. Last week, a female neighbor rode in my car back to the complex. She's very pretty and has a great figure. She rode with me twice, and since we all leave around the same time in the morning, she said she wanted to carpool with me regularly. I was happy to oblige. She's quite talkative when it's just the two of us in the car, but she doesn't talk much when other neighbors are in the car.

I'd really like to bring her into our social circle. Do you guys think there's any chance?
If so, please give me some advice!
I try to chat with her on WeChat occasionally, but she doesn't reply to my messages much. Do you guys think there's any hope for this?
