How to resolve my wife's health concerns?

Before, when I told my wife I wanted to find another man to sleep with, she always said I was sick. Later, when I couldn't satisfy her every time, and I told her she could find a man she liked, she said okay. But she hasn't actually done it, only verbally agreed. Is she really planning to find someone? Her main concern is health; there are quite a few cases of AIDS these days, and I'm worried too. I'm also worried that if she finds someone else, she might leave me.
