Desensitization training makes persistence an instinct.

Whether in career or family matters, men fear nothing more than being told they "can't," especially during sex. Premature ejaculation is a huge blow to a man.
Women need a warrior who can dominate the "battlefield," possessing not only powerful strength but also the ability to control the "battle." Only such a warrior can stand firm in a woman's heart!
This ability isn't innate; it can be cultivated through persistent effort.
Many men who experience premature ejaculation have engaged in incorrect masturbation during puberty, leading to penile sensitivity and a lower excitation threshold in the brain.
One friend of mine started masturbating in middle school. Initially, he could last for about half an hour, and when pleasure arrived, he needed to continue for a while before stopping.
Later, every time I used both hands, I focused on getting the pleasure to come quickly, so I mentally concentrated on it, gripped my hands tighter, and increased the frequency of friction… Finally, after several years of persistent effort, the pleasure gradually came faster, from 30 minutes at the beginning to 20 minutes, then 15 minutes… 10 minutes… 5 minutes… 3 minutes, and finally, I could finish in 1 minute, fully embodying the principle of “quick and easy.”
Therefore, desensitization training can make endurance an instinct. Desensitization refers to using targeted practice to make a man habitually respond to sexual stimulation signals provided by a woman, so that he is no longer overly excited.
First, let's talk about the ejaculation process
: External sexual stimulation → Brain's sexual center → Brain's sexual center processes the stimulation signal, transforming it into sexual arousal → Sexual arousal accumulates until it reaches the individual's highest tolerance level (threshold), at which point ejaculation begins.
External sexual stimuli are not limited to vaginal stimulation of the penis (heat, tightness, and slipperiness). There's also visual stimulation from the body, tactile stimulation from smooth skin, auditory stimulation from moans, olfactory stimulation from body odor, and even the brain's fantasies about sex. These sensory organs receive sexual stimulation signals that are converted into sexual arousal by the brain's sexual center. This arousal accumulates, exceeding the individual's maximum tolerance for stimulation. Simply reducing the sensitivity of the glans penis doesn't block the sexual stimulation signals (visual, auditory, olfactory, and tactile) received by the sensory organs. These signals continue to be transmitted to the brain's sexual center, converting into sexual arousal, and exceeding the individual's maximum tolerance for stimulation will still result in ejaculation.
Therefore, to achieve delayed ejaculation, both physiological and psychological desensitization are necessary!
Psychological desensitization involves reducing the sensitivity of the glans penis to a level that is no longer considered sexual stimulation, or at least a weak signal, before it is transmitted to the brain's sexual center. Physiological desensitization involves reducing the sensitivity of the glans penis. Reducing glans sensitivity is not difficult; it can be achieved with consistent training methods for over a month.
Desensitization training focuses on the following aspects:
First, enhancing the penis's adaptability to vaginal temperature, humidity, and tightness.
Second, maximizing the duration of penetration.
Third, improving control over ejaculation at the ejaculation threshold .
Fourth, enhancing tolerance to the allure of various parts of a woman's body (including voice, scent, and moans) in different environments. It also enhances the ability to control tension and excitement during intercourse.
How to train? Desensitization Training - Physiological Desensitization Practice Method:
Each training session: 30 minutes;
Weekly practice: 3-4 times.
1. Solo Training Method
: Find a comfortable position to lie down or sit. Apply a suitable amount of lubricant to the penis and testicles, close your eyes, and slowly caress yourself, focusing on sensory experiences.
Alternatively, if lubricant is unavailable, wet the glans with water. Hold the penis with your left hand and use your right palm to draw circles up, down, left, and right around the center of the glans. You can start by rubbing your penis in a clockwise circular motion several dozen times, then counterclockwise several dozen times, and repeat this process several dozen times. Gradually increase the contact area between your hand and the glans penis, including the frenulum.
Rub your penis and glans penis back and forth with your hands and fingers, focusing on the most sensitive area directly above the glans.
Make a circle with your index finger and thumb, placing it around the frenulum and coronal sulcus, and rub back and forth.
Note: When rubbing, try not to let your palm leave the skin of the glans; slide it along the skin, keeping your palm pressed firmly against the glans.
During the rubbing process, if you find your glans very sensitive, feeling swollen and hard, this indicates you are experiencing the urge to ejaculate. At this point, stop practicing immediately. Use mental breathing to adjust. Wait until this period passes before continuing. Once the sensitivity of the glans truly disappears, the penis's hardness will decrease, or even soften. If you pinch your penis and glans and feel that the hardness hasn't softened, don't rub immediately; wait a while longer.
By repeating the process of friction and stopping, and gradually increasing the number of repetitions, the penis's tolerance will gradually increase, delaying the ejaculation response and achieving the goal of physiological desensitization.
Note: Physiological desensitization training requires at least two months; do not expect to achieve results overnight. Those in good physical condition and who practice frequently may see significant results in a little over a month. However, moderation is key, and do not pursue excessive pleasure.
Note: Do not masturbate, and especially do not masturbate for the sake of pleasure. Remember, the most important thing is to relax your mind and body and focus your attention on the area being caressed.
Do not do anything else besides feeling; this is a purposeless and pressureless exercise. Just feel your sensations.
If you become distracted, refocus your attention.
When caressing the penis, do not tighten your PC muscles or hold your breath; simply close your eyes.
Relax and feel the sensations brought by the caress. If you feel tense, your thigh muscles tighten, or your penis becomes overly hard, stop immediately. Use mindful breathing techniques to relieve this tension.
Each practice session should not exceed 30 minutes.
After relaxing, the penis may gradually become less erect or even flaccid; this is normal, we just need to start practicing again.
During practice, don't think about the time, don't try to prove your sexual ability, and don't worry about whether it's hard enough. Furthermore, don't try to achieve a more stimulating experience through masturbation. If you have these thoughts, you're already putting pressure on yourself.
Our goal is to experience the sensation of caressing, nothing more. Our purpose is to feel pleasure and experience subtle changes in the body, not masturbation.
During friction practice, you might stop just before you feel like you're about to ejaculate, then rub a few more times and ejaculate!
The reason is that you stopped too late. When practicing, it's better to stop early than to wait until you feel the urge to ejaculate. This practice is similar to sexual intercourse, with several stages: numbness, sensitivity, hypersensitivity, and the urge to ejaculate. These stages may not be very obvious at the beginning. But you need to pay attention and try to feel them. It's better to stop early than to practice until you ejaculate, otherwise you won't achieve the purpose of the practice. Let
me explain the stages of numbness, sensitivity, hypersensitivity, and the urge to ejaculate!
In the numbness and sensitivity states, rubbing the glans penis will not produce psychological or physical tension, nor will it lead to ejaculation. When you reach hypersensitivity, you will experience psychological and physical tension, a tightness in the back of your head, a feeling of panic, and the glans penis will swell and harden. Continuing to rub will lead to the urge to ejaculate. At the urge to ejaculate, you will lose your rationality, involuntarily rub rapidly, and then you will ejaculate.
