Dear experts, here's the background: About six months ago, I worked at a company managing a three-person team. One of the women was very pretty, six years older than me, but her figure was my type, and she had a great personality. During our work, we often spent time together, met clients, went out to eat, and whispered to each other – all normal interactions. I even hinted at things like superiors and subordinates having a relationship, but she said she couldn't accept it. I left that company over six months ago, but we've stayed in touch and I've visited her a few times, just for casual conversation. Recently, I asked her out for dinner, and she agreed. Now I'm struggling with whether to tell her my feelings. She's married with a baby, in the same situation as me. I feel we're compatible in many ways, both in terms of character and values. I'm thinking that if we get along well, we can slowly develop a romantic relationship, perhaps even going on a family outing together, letting things unfold naturally. But I don't know how to proceed. I need your help!
