My sister-in-law is staying with me. When she wasn't around, I looked at her unwashed underwear. Two pairs of underwear had very dirty crotch areas, but they were dry. The stains were a bluish-green color and quite heavy. I'd like to ask everyone, is this a gynecological problem, normal vaginal discharge, or dried semen from a man after sex? Both pairs of underwear have such a gruesome stain, while one pair only has urine stains.
