Who should be blamed if my wife cheats on me?

My wife cheated on me; she was having an affair with another man. Who's to blame?
I recently saw a news story about a wife whose son witnessed her husband catching her cheating and became autistic.
The husband worked away from home, while the wife stayed home to care for their child. The husband never expected his wife to have an affair, and even brazenly bring her home for sex. When he returned home and caught them in the act, their 5-year-old son developed autism because he witnessed it.
It's truly tragic that a man can't control his wife, and his son ends up autistic!
