Why doesn't my wife like being touched or licked?

As the title suggests, why does she dislike having her breasts and nipples touched? Sometimes she pushes me away, and sometimes she says it tickles.
She also dislikes having her private parts touched, saying my hands are unclean. She dislikes being licked, saying it tickles, and says it's unclean if I lick her and then she kisses me.
The only thing that arouses her is kissing; when she's aroused, she kisses passionately; or rather, only kissing arouses her.
She also dislikes using sex toys. Around 2013-2015, I bought one that wouldn't even fit, so I threw it away. Later, around the end of 2019, I bought another one, but after inserting it and moving around for a while, she cried, saying she didn't like it, didn't want it inserted, and felt uncomfortable. Why is that? Don't most women like that?
