Seeking advice from those who have been through this: After living apart for a year and a half, should we be tight or loose during intimate contact?

I have a long-standing question I'd like to ask those of you who have been through this. When we were dating, my girlfriend and I were in a long-distance relationship for a year and a half.
After graduation, we reunited. We went to a small hotel, and when I penetrated her, I noticed she was very soft, not as tight as before;
the color was a slightly darker red, not the bright pink of our early days; and the smell wasn't as fragrant, having become slightly fishy, which made me not want to lick it.
I even encouraged her to go to the hospital (later I found out it was a Putian-affiliated hospital) for a checkup. She had an X-ray, and the diagnosis was cervical erosion.

I questioned her about her maintenance, and she said it was due to overuse of feminine wash causing an acid-base imbalance, which explained the darker color and changed smell.
After we moved in together, we had sex less frequently, about once every 1-2 months, but I noticed she was always very tight. This made me even more confused. Why was she so soft the time we reunited after so long?

Regarding tightness, I recently watched a video where a female doctor said that more frequent sex actually makes women tighter, not looser. This seems to explain my confusion.
Regarding color, it seems that women's physiological changes are greatly affected by age, and it's quite possible that the color of the genitals will change after a certain age. —I don't know if this speculation is correct, but observing some girls' everyday photos, their skin does change noticeably from their youthful appearance in their freshman year to their more mature appearance after graduation; perhaps the color of their genitals will reflect this.

Regarding odor, it seems to be related to daily hygiene habits. However, my girlfriend has always been a clean freak, so it seems unlikely she would have any unpleasant odor.
Regarding cervical erosion, there's a common belief about promiscuity, but there are also many debunking articles.

However, every time I see girls around me cheating, I can't help but have these wild thoughts. Therefore, I'd like to specifically seek advice and analysis from experienced individuals!
