what do I do

It's been a long time since my last update, and I'm not sure what to write. My wife's behavior has changed recently. Of course, our relationship is still great, but she's become increasingly casual. Before, when she met new people and went on dates, it wasn't always about hooking up; sometimes she'd ask for my opinion beforehand if we went out for dinner or shopping. Now, it's basically just to see if I have time to take care of the kids. Another reason I haven't updated lately is that I've lost count of how many dates my wife has had. Her last boyfriend is no longer in contact because he was too clingy, always wanting to marry her and crying at the drop of a hat. She still keeps in touch with her "teacher," who is very considerate and sends her red envelopes during holidays to cheer her up. He also gives her gifts and buys her fruit and other treats, so she has feelings for him and is always available whenever he calls. Things have
gotten increasingly messy. My wife's former best friend, whom she doesn't contact much anymore, has recently started meeting up with her. It seems best friends share the same interests; they always meet at nightclubs, and each time she brings her own partner. Their favorite nightclubs have become their base, the only difference being the people she brings each time. I can't remember or match the names of the people my wife met at nightclubs. I'd guess at least 8 or 10. She's currently meeting 4-5 people, but we haven't slept with them yet. But it looks like it'll be soon. I'll organize my thoughts and update you later.
