First, take a clean, clear paper cup. Then, ejaculate into the cup and
observe the changes in the semen...
If the semen liquefies into water within ten minutes (unlike when it's first ejaculated), it proves your sperm motility is normal. Conversely, it indicates low sperm motility.
In short, the faster the semen liquefies, the higher the sperm motility!
