Several friends have confided in me about their unpleasant experiences with sex, their girlfriends' dissatisfaction, and the low quality of their sex lives. After asking around, I discovered the main problem was insufficient foreplay! Most foreplay consists of verbal teasing or hand gestures, perhaps with a kiss. This is far from enough to arouse a girlfriend. At least 20 minutes of foreplay should precede intercourse, including kissing sensitive areas like the ears, nipples, and neck. According to women's magazines, most women find oral sex more pleasurable; if the man is psychologically open to it, he can try oral sex.
Furthermore, the duration of intercourse is not directly proportional to the length and girth of the penis; the key lies in the foreplay before and during intercourse.
