The most basic form of happiness
is physical pleasure, which is simply being full, warm, and satisfying desires.
Those at the most basic level have only one life, called physical life .
The intermediate level of happiness
is spiritual pleasure, which is poetry, music, calligraphy, painting, and traveling the world.
Those at the intermediate level have two lives: physical life and spiritual life .
The highest level of happiness
is the pleasure of the soul, which is giving, contributing, and making others happy because of your existence.
Those at the highest level have three lives: physical life, spiritual life, and a sense of mission.
