Several hygiene practices often overlooked before sex (Original)

In sex or threesomes, even a small, unseemly hygiene issue can significantly diminish the enjoyment of sex, or even lead to failure. Based on my experience, I'll briefly discuss this. Of course, basic hygiene like brushing teeth and showering is common knowledge, so I won't elaborate.
1. Men should ideally get a haircut beforehand to present a neat and tidy appearance, especially for the first meeting. A unkempt look is unlikely to achieve the desired effect.
2. Both partners should trim their nails, especially men. Long nails can snag on the delicate skin when touching the genitals.
3. Women's genitals, anus, and feet must be thoroughly cleaned. Some men enjoy licking women's anus and feet; if these areas are not clean, men will often avoid them, making it difficult for the woman to enjoy stimulation and caresses. This is crucial; some women even experience their anus being licked by a man for the first time.
4. Some men have very long nose hairs that are easily visible, which is unsightly and can negatively impact the woman's mood and libido. Therefore, men should clean their nose hairs beforehand with a nose hair trimmer, showing respect to each other.
5. Some people still have bad breath even after brushing their teeth, which may be due to oral diseases. Therefore, everyone should develop the habit of seeing a dentist regularly, getting their teeth cleaned periodically, and ideally using mouthwash after brushing to maintain oral hygiene for longer. Everyone should understand that a clean mouth is necessary for kissing or oral sex during sex.
6. After showering, women should use cotton swabs to clean the water or soap from inside their ears, as men may lick their ear canals later to stimulate them.
