A scientific discussion of the likelihood of prostitution and contracting AIDS.

    page views:1  Publication date:2023-06-21 09:20:34
I wrote this article while doing some research out of boredom. I want to thank Baidu Encyclopedia, Guokr.com, AIDS forums, and sexologist Ma Xiaonian for these resources.
First, we should respect sex workers as much as we respect all other manual laborers. No woman is born wanting to be a sex worker; they are often forced into it by life's circumstances, receiving only a decent wage while taking on far greater risks and enduring immense psychological torment. Finally, please support me~ hehe.
Just like what a taxi driver in Suzhou once told me: A city's development is inseparable from prostitutes; the city's construction owes a debt to prostitutes.
Based on my experience, I divide sex workers into three categories:
1. Foot massage girls, this type of service is commonly known as "knocking on the back", and is mostly found in foot massage parlors. It involves using their hands or breasts to help you masturbate, but sexual intercourse is not allowed.
2. Streetwalkers: These girls get straight to the point. They ask about the price when you go in, then go upstairs to have sex, ejaculate, and leave.
3. Sauna girls: These girls can be found in some bath centers or clubs. They offer foreplay with a variety of techniques, such as "dragon and ice and fire" massage, before having sex. They charge much more than streetwalkers.
First, let's clarify some basic knowledge about AIDS: HIV is the HIV virus, not the AIDS virus.
There are three modes of transmission: blood transmission (sharing needles when using drugs), mother-to-child transmission, and sexual transmission (sexual intercourse, anal sex).
Virus transmission requires a source of infection, meaning that one of the two parties must already be infected. Two healthy gay men having sex with each other will not transmit AIDS.
The following is an analysis of whether the various services offered by sex workers can lead to HIV/AIDS:
1. Foot massage girl:
▲It is absolutely safe for a lady to masturbate with her hand, unless she has a wound on her hand and, unfortunately, also a wound on her penis. The lady will even serve you while her hand is bleeding.
Minor wounds on the human body can scab over and heal quickly, and can be ignored.
▲Breast sex: Although breast milk can carry HIV and cause disease, women do not normally produce breast milk; they can only produce breast milk during the breastfeeding period after childbirth.
▲French kiss: If the masseuse who gives you a handjob has a good personality and you like to frequent her, she might kiss you. Unlike with ordinary girls, if you touch lips with a masseuse, it's definitely a French kiss. Sauna masseuses have already licked your whole body, so they generally don't mind French kissing you.
If you enjoy French kissing but are worried about contracting diseases, here's some good news: the viral load in saliva is extremely low. For infection to occur, approximately 20 ml of saliva would need to enter a wound simultaneously. A single ejaculation of semen is only about 2-3 ml, so 20 ml of saliva is practically impossible. Furthermore, HIV cannot be transmitted through the digestive tract; swallowing food contaminated with HIV is harmless. The only potential risk is if the woman is experiencing severe gum bleeding, and you happen to have a sore in your mouth. Her blood-stained saliva could potentially infect the sore, but only a relatively large sore would be possible. Saliva has excellent hemostatic properties, allowing small wounds to heal quickly. Saliva also naturally produces an inhibitory protease that effectively kills viruses.
▲ Licking nipples: Similar to French kissing, licking nipples is safe.
▲Anal stimulation: Foot massage parlors also offer a service called anal stimulation, where a lady slowly inserts a finger into your anus to experience the sensation of your prostate being stimulated. The lady will wear a latex sleeve on her finger for this service. Assuming the latex sleeve is hygienic, is it safe to insert a finger into the anus? Let's discuss this together with the "dragon drill" service offered by sauna ladies below.
2 Streetwalkers
▲Vaginal intercourse:
The principle behind male transmission of the disease during sexual intercourse is as follows: through the piston-like motion, vaginal secretions from the woman may enter the man's urethral opening, and the virus can penetrate into the bloodstream through the urethral mucosa, causing illness.
However, because the male urethra is almost closed during intercourse (as mentioned in one post), and the penis secretes mucus during pleasure, it effectively protects the urethra from being invaded by the partner's bodily fluids. But this doesn't mean that sexual intercourse can be done without a condom. Condoms can isolate bodily fluids and prevent HIV and other sexually transmitted infections.
Normally, a prostitute will only have sex with you if she requires you to wear a condom. If one day a prostitute says to you, "Let's not use a condom," don't think that she's being particularly kind to you and obediently put on a condom.
▲Oral sex: Many services provided by sex workers are performed through the mouth. Oral sex is safe unless there is a wound on the penis and the sex worker happens to bleed from the mouth, in which case there is no danger. Also, although oral sex is called "blowing," I feel that the sex worker is actually sucking. If there is a lot of saliva and the mucus that we produce, they will suck it out and spit it out before continuing oral sex. Based on my feeling, very little saliva should flow into the urethra during this process.

▲Dragon Drill: The "Dragon Drill" refers to a prostitute inserting her tongue into the anus. This is a highly technical skill that provides an indescribable experience.
Many people have tried it and are terrified afterward: Isn't the reason why homosexuals are more likely to get AIDS because of anal sex? And their penises are covered with condoms, but their tongues aren't.
It's important to know that the anus, unlike the vagina, doesn't secrete lubricant. An erect penis is too large relative to the anus, and when penetration is pleasurable, the movements may be too vigorous. Therefore, the penetrating penis and the inserted anus can easily rub against each other, causing wounds. Without a condom or lubricant, if one partner has HIV, the other partner has a 100% chance of infection.
Stick out your tongue and compare it to your erect penis. You'll find that your tongue is much thinner than your penis, and it has its own saliva that can act as a lubricant. Saliva is not pathogenic, so penile stimulation is safe. However, if you have hemorrhoids, or if you are experiencing rectal bleeding that day, it's best to avoid penile stimulation.
Without a source of infection, insertion into the anus will not cause illness, so it can be said that anal penetration in bathhouses is safe.
▲Roaming: This means that it is safe for the lady to lick your entire body with her tongue.
▲Ice and Fire: This is basically oral sex with alternating hot and cold water. Unlike street prostitutes who only want you to ejaculate faster, sauna girls' oral sex feels so good, not stimulating, just comfortable.
▲Licking vagina: Ugh, how disgusting. If you like this, never lick it if your lips, gums, or tongue are bleeding, because vaginal fluid carries the HIV virus. If there are no wounds on his mouth, then he is safe.
▲Drinking urine: Ugh, how disgusting. If you enjoy this (I've never done it myself), congratulations, urine, like saliva, is not enough to cause illness.
Due to my limited experience, I can only list the services mentioned above.
Here is some information about AIDS:
1. Each virus has its own unique way of transmission. For example, the influenza virus can cause respiratory infection and spread through the air. That is to say, if one student in a class has a cold and still goes to class, the other students may also catch a cold even if they do not come into contact with that student.
There is even a virus that can travel hundreds of kilometers with the wind and survive for up to two weeks in dried feces; that is the foot-and-mouth disease virus.
2. Compared to other viruses, HIV is relatively fragile and loses its infectivity within 10 to 12 minutes under dry conditions. HIV can only be transmitted through three routes: blood transmission, mother-to-child transmission, and sexual transmission.
Therefore, hugging, shaking hands, or giving a polite kiss to someone with HIV will not cause illness.
You won't get sick if an HIV-positive person sneezes next to you, because HIV cannot cause respiratory infections.
Eating with someone with HIV will not cause you to get sick, because HIV cannot infect the digestive tract, and, as you know, saliva cannot cause illness.
3. The viral load in different bodily fluids of HIV patients varies. Blood has the highest viral load, followed by semen and prostatic fluid (the fluid produced by a man's vagina), then vaginal secretions and breast milk.
The amount present in sweat, saliva, tears, and urine is very small and insufficient to cause disease.
4. Mosquitoes cannot transmit HIV because they need to digest the blood they feed on before moving on to their next target. Mosquitoes are not a source of HIV infection; HIV cannot multiply within a mosquito's body and becomes inactive before the mosquito's next blood meal.
Experiments have shown that blood-sucking insects, including mosquitoes, do not regurgitate the blood they have previously sucked when they are feeding.
