Men should be cautious about using "secondary attacks".

Many men believe that the more times they have sex in a single sexual encounter, the stronger they are. Therefore, in all-male gatherings, it's common to hear men boast about how many times they can have sex in one night, satisfying their vanity. Some sex education websites even introduce methods for "secondary penetration." However, this is a huge misconception.
Young people, whose bodies and sexual functions are at their peak, have a relatively short refractory period. Therefore, it's true that many young people can have multiple sexual encounters. However, besides physical factors, another important factor determining the length of the refractory period is the quality of intercourse! One must also observe the symptoms and sensations the day after intercourse to determine if excessive intercourse has occurred.
A study conducted by Americans found that shorter intercourse duration and lower quality resulted in a shorter refractory period; conversely, longer intercourse duration and higher quality resulted in a relatively longer refractory period. This finding contradicts popular belief. Why is that?
Fundamentally, sexual intercourse is actually a process of "releasing" sexual energy. When intercourse is short and of poor quality, the accumulated sexual energy in the body is not fully "released," and the body has a need to expel the "residual" energy. Therefore, the refractory period is relatively short in this case. However, in sexual intercourse that is long and of high quality, because the accumulated sexual energy has been satisfactorily and completely "released," the body no longer has the need for further intercourse. At this time, what is most needed is for the sexual system to rest and recover. Therefore, the refractory period is relatively long in this case.
The refractory period, unique to men, is a protective mechanism where the body temporarily shuts down the sexual system to facilitate its recovery. Forcing increased sexual stimulation during this period, compelling oneself to have intercourse again, overloads the sexual system and hinders its recovery. Over time, this can lead to sexual dysfunction and damage.
