Chapter 57 The "Fall" of a Beauty "

It's useless. It's impossible for you to gather magic power now. Besides, your Absolute Barrier is just a half-baked attempt; it's completely ineffective against people!" Troy sneered. With that, Troy lunged at Menis again. But to his surprise, the dissipated droplet of water reformed, spinning rapidly in mid-air. As its speed increased, the droplet transformed into a thin film, which then expanded rapidly outwards, merging with the film rising beside Menis to form a perfect Absolute Barrier. Troy, unable to react in time, crashed into the barrier and was thrown back.

"You...you...how did you gather magic power again? And your Absolute Barrier!" Troy stared at Menis in horror. Unexpectedly, Menis, inside the Absolute Barrier, was also puzzled, wondering who had created it.

"What do you think if I say I released it, Instructor Troy!" The magical elements in the air swirled, and I instantly appeared before Troy.

"It's you!" Troy stared at me in terror, his expression one of utter fear, as if I were a monstrous beast—though I was far more terrifying. Meanwhile, Menis, trapped within the Absolute Barrier, looked at me with a complex expression.

"Yes, it's me!" I smiled at Troy.

"Why you again? Why you again! No matter what I do, you're always there like a ghost beside me. Is it wrong for me to do what I like?" Troy roared, his face contorted with rage.

"Do what you like, fine! But if you hurt others, I won't stand idly by!" I said calmly.

"If Suya weren't yours, and Menis wasn't your beloved, would you still have intervened to stop me?" Troy demanded sharply.

"Uh..." Troy's counter-question truly shocked me. Indeed, if Suya weren't my woman, and Menis weren't my beloved, would I have intervened? Would I have stood by? No, even if they weren't, I would still have intervened. I wouldn't have let Troy, this disgrace to the education system, get away with it.

"Hahaha, Xie Yun, you're speechless now, aren't you? In the end, you're a selfish person too!" Troy mocked.

"No, you're wrong. Even if they weren't, I wouldn't let a disgrace like you get away with it!" I straightened my face and said coldly.

"Hahaha, who would believe you if you said that!" Troy laughed wildly.

"Since you say so, then I'll restore your lost memories." I raised my left hand, and a ray of white light floated above my palm. Then, the white light condensed into a beam of light and shot into Troy's temple. Troy's eyes widened, and his lost memories returned. From the night I donned my night clothes and flew to Suya's dormitory to spy on her, to a fellow "comrade" striking up a conversation with me, to this "comrade" knocking me unconscious, to this "comrade" trying to silence me—everything seemed to be etched deep within my mind. Only now, after I released him from his restraints, have I regained my lost memories.

"You...you..." Troy collapsed to the ground, pointing at me.

"Now you should be awakened!" I said calmly.

"You...you're a devil!" Troy cried out.

"One for all, all for one. Even if I am a devil, I am a devil who upholds justice!" I helped the slumped Menis to her feet, stepped into the portal, and vanished.

The women who had been laughing and chatting with me were already surprised enough by my sudden disappearance, but they were even more astonished to see me suddenly appear before them, carrying Menis. The women immediately surrounded me, chattering and asking what had happened.

Leah gave me a resentful look and said, "Congratulations, another one has fallen into your spell!"

"Don't say that. You know I still love you all. Menis has been drugged by Troy. You'd better save her quickly!" I stroked Leah's pretty face and gently comforted her.

"You always like to say that." Leah smiled gently and then said, "Why are you acting like this today? You're throwing away the delicious treat you've got!"

"'Forced love is never sweet,' I know that saying. If I take her now, it will only make her hate me more. I'll pursue her properly after she recovers!" I said calmly.

"You're much more mature than before." Leah tiptoed and kissed me on the lips before running away with a smile. "

Sister A, judging from her condition, she's clearly been drugged by that Troy bastard. And her limbs are weak, and her whole body is sore. She must have been drugged with a muscle relaxant. What should we do?" Vivian exclaimed softly.

“Anmei, you should neutralize the poison from her bone-softening powder first!” Lilia said.

“Okay.” Vivian’s hands were covered in dense black energy. Her elbows were slightly bent, and her palms faced each other. The black energy quickly gathered in the space between her palms, instantly forming a thick black sphere in the air. Vivian’s lips moved slightly, and the black sphere began to spin rapidly. Soon, a very thin beam of black light shot towards Menis’s back. There was no small hole as expected. After contacting Menis’s body, the black light entered her body and began to devour the poison Troy had given her. Although the black demonic energy was said to devour all poisons in the world, it was helpless against this aphrodisiac, since it wasn’t actually poison. After the black demonic energy circled Menis’s body, devouring the bone-softening powder, it returned to the black sphere in Vivian’s hand.

“Sister Alia, I’ve done my best,” Vivian said helplessly, shaking off the black energy in her hand.

"It seems we can only rely on our great Casanova to cure this poison." Lilia sighed softly, giving me a meaningful look.

"Um...is there really no other way?" Startled by her gaze, I stammered, my body trembling.

"The only way to save someone drugged with aphrodisiacs is through sexual intercourse. If time is wasted, they'll burn themselves to death from unreleased desire. Doesn't our great Casanova understand these simple truths?" Lilia said with interest. "

I...am I taking advantage of someone in distress?" I stammered.

"Hehe, isn't this exactly what you wanted?" Vivian said with a half-smile.

"You—"

"Hehe, I'm not talking to you anymore. Let's hurry and save them. I'm sure it won't be long before we have another sister." Vivian chuckled and left the room with the other women, closing the door behind them.

Seeing Menis's flushed face, I clasped my hands together and silently said, "I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry!" Then I personally released the restraints on her body.

"It's so hot, so hot," Menis cried out in a daze, taking off all her clothes until she was only wearing a bra and a pair of panties. Despite this, it still couldn't stop the burning desire in my heart. Seeing that she was about to take off her bra and panties as well, I quickly grabbed her hands and called out, "Menis, Menis, wake up, wake up!"

Despite the warning in my voice, I couldn't evoke her desire to succumb. When two cold (in her mind) hands touched her skin, a slight pleasure made her moan. As her desire rose, she, not content with just skin-to-skin contact, took the initiative. Her rosy lips awkwardly kissed mine, her delicate tongue lingering outside my teeth, trying to understand me more deeply. Her slender, white hands had already impatiently climbed up my neck, and she pressed her soft, delicate body against my chest, swaying back and forth. Under the dual assault of mind and body, I didn't have the willpower to ignore the beauty before me; to do so would be a desecration of her beauty. I opened my mouth, and Menis's smooth, fragrant tongue immediately seized the opportunity to invade, swirling around in my mouth. However, due to her clumsy technique, she was the only one initiating contact, and she ended up with my face covered in saliva; anyone who didn't know better would think I'd just been caught in the rain. Unable to bear it any longer, I finally took the initiative, prying open her teeth to retaliate. But a sharp pain shot through my tongue, startling me into quickly withdrawing it.

"You...you bit me! Are you alright?!" I shook her shoulders, surprised and delighted.

Menis mumbled a few incomprehensible words, then leaned closer. I

kissed her lips passionately, my tongue gently probing the outside, but her teeth were clenched tightly, leaving me helpless on the outside. Regardless of my oral skills, having frequented brothels and lived a dissolute life, I often took advantage of women. Today was no exception. My hands, already impatient, had already climbed onto those alluring breasts. The sensation in my hands told me how soft and smooth her breasts were. This feeling fueled a deeper sense of exploration. Circling around the annoying bra, I reached inside and touched their real, undeniable presence. The softness and smoothness were incomparable to what I had felt before. When I touched them, Minnie's body visibly trembled, her cherry lips parted slightly, and she almost cried out. Unfortunately, my tongue was already waiting outside. Taking advantage of that moment, I seized the opportunity and completely occupied her mouth, our tongues intertwining. In the deep kiss, accompanied by the dazed look in her eyes, our bodies became entangled. Those large breasts pressed against me, changing shape in my hands. In the throes of our deep kiss, we unknowingly stripped ourselves naked, leaving us face to face. Her dazed eyes, delicate nose, parted lips, snow-white skin, full, high breasts, a flat, toned stomach, long, slender legs, and the dark pubic hair—everything was so perfect. No wonder she was hailed as the fourth most beautiful woman in the entire academy—Menis.

Lost in desire, Menis had no interest in admiring my body; her only thought was to release her pent-up desire, to cool herself down, cool down, and cool down some more. Her skin was now flushed, clearly burning with pent-up lust, threatening to consume her if left unchecked. Before I could react, her voluptuous body coiled around mine, rubbing against me, her alluring lips kissing, sucking, and licking my sensitive spots, like a wanton woman. Stimulated by her words, my lower body immediately reacted, pressing against the entrance of her "Jade Maiden Cave." The entrance was already flowing like a stream, the slippery fluid stimulating my penis, making it grow back to its former ferocious and vigorous state.

"Since you've stimulated me like this, don't blame me for being impolite." I pounced on her onto the bed, sucking on the purple nipples of her breasts while my other hand grasped her other breast, kneading it vigorously, transforming it in my hands. I used all seven techniques of seduction to my advantage, gently caressing, stroking, and teasing her breasts. Two powerful currents of energy flowed through her body from those two nipples, causing her to moan incessantly, and the flow of fluid from her "stream" grew even more merrily.

"I'm going in!" Without waiting for her reply, I thrust in, breaking through the barrier and merging with her body.

As I broke through that barrier, she seemed to feel no pain, only letting out a soft moan before falling silent. However, seeing the large beads of sweat on her pale face made me realize that she wasn't without feeling; the pain was in her heart. What a strong girl, I thought to myself. Noticing her pain, I paused and began my usual methods. I kissed her hair, forehead, eyes, nose, earlobes, and skin, gently caressing her smooth, white skin, sometimes in circles, sometimes lightly touching her lips. My hands and feet worked together, and currents of electricity coursed through her body. The tingling sensation instantly made her forget her previous pain, and she moaned comfortably. I tried to move slightly, carefully observing her face. Seeing her expression of enjoyment, I felt safe to continue. The room was instantly filled with the warmth of spring, and the breathtaking sounds made even the moonlight pale in comparison.

The next morning, Menis opened her eyes and, as usual, stretched out her arms, ready to yawn. But to her right, she touched something soft. Reaching under the covers, she felt a hand being pulled out. Her face paled. She threw back the blanket beside her, revealing a naked male body. She then lifted the blanket on her side and saw a bright red plum blossom stain on the sheet. Realizing what had happened, her face immediately turned pale. She screamed and pulled the blanket over herself, hiding to the side. Feeling a chill, I touched the blanket, but couldn't find it. Still half asleep, I said, "Menis, what are you doing? We were at it all night, I'm exhausted."

Menis, hearing this, slid a few tears down her pale face, a determined glint in her eyes. She looked at my smooth back and shouted, "Xie Yun, get up! Get up!" Menis grabbed my arms, but the pain in her lower body almost made her give way, collapsing onto the bed.

"Who is it, disturbing my sleep so early in the morning? Don't you want to live?!" I shook off her hand and yelled, head down.

"I just don't want to live anymore! Get up, waaaah!" Menis grabbed my hand, tears streaming down her face.

"Okay." I immediately realized what was happening and jumped out of bed. Seeing Menis's pale face and tears streaming down her face, I stammered, "Menis!"

"Xie Yun, why did you do this? Why?" Menis wiped the tears from her face and screamed.

"I...I..." I stammered.

"Why, why did you do this?!" Menis, tears streaming down her face, threw herself into my arms and started punching my chest with her small fists.

"Hit me, hit me, you'll feel better when you're tired." Enduring the pain in my chest, I put my arms around her shoulders and whispered in her ear.

"Why did this happen? Why?" Menis seemed exhausted from hitting me, her hands falling limply to her sides. She buried her face in my shoulder and sobbed, tears streaming down her cheeks and dripping onto my shoulder. We held each other like that, only our soft sobs echoing in the room.

With a creak, the door opened, and Lilia stepped in carrying breakfast. Seeing us, she was clearly startled. Realizing someone had entered, we immediately released our embrace. Menis, naked, burrowed under the covers to wrap herself up, while I, having nothing to cover myself with, awkwardly grabbed a pillowcase to cover my private parts.

"Honey, Menis, you must be hungry. I brought you breakfast," Lilia said with a smile, setting down the food tray.

"Sister Lilia!" Menis, seeing it was Lilia, burst into tears again, crying and throwing herself into her arms.

"Good sister, what happened? Did Xie Yun bully you? Let me teach him a lesson for you, okay!" Lilia hugged Menis, whose shoulders were shaking, and gently patted her back to comfort her. After saying that, she symbolically patted me a few times, occasionally whispering to me, "Honey, go out for a bit, I'll talk to Minnie, okay?"

Hearing this, I was happy to relax, so I got dressed and ran out. Although I didn't know what Lilia and she talked about inside, seeing her shyly following behind Lilia, with a faint happiness on her face, I knew without a doubt that things were settled.

I couldn't help but give Lilia a thumbs up. Lilia rolled her eyes at me, her resentful gaze seeming to say, "Congratulations, another sister has joined our ranks."

The wind was still so gentle, the clouds still so light. Through these few days of interaction, Minnie wasn't so averse to me anymore. She accompanied me for walks every day, chatted with me, and even taught me forbidden magic. Life was quite peaceful. As for Instructor Troy, knowing his shameful deeds had been exposed, he was overwhelmed with shame and resigned from his position as instructor, leaving the academy.

Chapter 58: Kana's Heart

It was another incredibly boring martial arts class. I lay in the grass by the lake, chewing on a blade of grass, trying to relieve my boredom. Sigh, these days are so hard to endure. Every day is so monotonous, and my wives are so proper, unlike me who skips class and ditches things all the time. Hmm, I remember Kana doesn't have class today, I'll go check on her. Thinking it, I spat out the grass and headed towards the kendo club.

Still so serious, I sighed as I stepped through the kendo club's gate. However, the kendo club members seemed not to see me at all, treating me like I was invisible, continuing their practice as if nothing was wrong. Seeing a few students making mistakes, I kindly went over to correct them, only to be met with their cold words. Who did I offend?!

"Let it be a mistake, it's better than some people making the same mistake again and again, unable to see the true nature of others, have they lost their conscience?" Although I didn't know why he said that, I understood this simple truth, but I didn't know who this "other person" he was talking about was. Finally, I learned from a student I was particularly close to that since returning from the competition, Kana had often been listless, absent-minded, and seemingly doing nothing. A few days ago, she had been seriously ill, and even after the illness, she was still the same, even more haggard than before. A perfectly healthy person had become like this, and she no longer had the imposing presence of the former president of the kendo club. The student sighed softly, shook his head, and walked away.

Had something happened? I wondered. Thinking of this, I shook my head in frustration and walked towards Kana's room.

Kana was wearing a white nightgown, facing the window, gazing blankly into the distance. The sky is still so blue, the clouds are still so white, so why is my mood clouded with gloom, as if a light rain is falling? Is it because of the words "We are friends"? I don't know why, but my heart aches terribly, as if a sharp blade is cutting into it, my heart is bleeding, like a thorn piercing my heart. I feel lost, helpless, as if life is slowly slipping away from me. We are friends, we are friends. Ever since you saved me and Doris that day, I've realized your mark is deeply etched in my heart. Your handsome face, your dashing figure—everything about you is so unforgettable. I know that among your many women, I, Kana, am at best a supporting character, forever a supporting character, forever unremarkable. Yet, I still fell in love with you without hesitation, loved your eyes, loved your nose, loved your smile. I know that doing this is undoubtedly like a moth drawn to a flame, courting death. But can't I have the unwavering spirit of a moth, remaining true to myself even in death? Do you know, Xie Yun, I originally intended to confess my feelings to you by the lake that day, but that damned voice of hers caused our fate to slip away. Although I appear strong on the surface, deep down, I still have a woman's delicate heart. I also need someone to love me, I also need someone to cherish me. Why, why, why are you such an outstanding man in the grand scheme of things? If you were an ordinary man, I would rather spend my whole life with you, loving you. But, the reality is not so. You are surrounded by many beauties, while I, like an ugly duckling, watch you with envy and wish you well. Time waits for no one. My heart is dead. What can I do with this filthy body? Kana thought sadly.

With a creak, a familiar figure pushed open the door and entered her room. Those deep eyes, those sensual lips, those beautifully shaped features—everything seemed so familiar, yet so strange.

"What are you doing here?" Kana asked coldly.

"I...I was just wandering around and thought I'd drop by to see you." I moved my lips, unable to find a reason to answer.

"Go away, go away, get out of here! I don't want to see you again, sob sob sob!" Kana, who was sitting on the bed, suddenly stood up and pushed me away forcefully. As she pushed, tears streamed down her pale face. Finally, she buried her head, spread her hands on the bed,

and sobbed softly. "Why, why did you let me see you? You ripped open the wounds I had finally managed to heal! You're so cruel!" Kana screamed at me through her tears.

Looking at Kana's pale and haggard face, I gently wiped away her tears with my fingers and said softly, "Kana, how about we go for a walk together?"

"Don't pay attention to me! My life or death is none of your business!" Kana pushed my hand away and shouted.

“Kana, don’t be like this. It’s bad for your health. I told you, we’re friends! Friends should help each other and be united and loving,” I said, pressing her shoulders and looking at her intently.

“Friends? Friends again? I don’t like being your friend. Why can’t I be the person you love?” Kana shook off my hands and shouted.

“Kana, you?” I stared at her in astonishment.

“Just pretend I didn’t say that. You can leave now.” Kana regained her usual strong demeanor and said coldly.

“Kana, actually, I love you too!” After hesitating for a long time, I finally blurted out the words that had been stuck in my heart.

“Are you saying this to make me happy?” Kana looked directly into my eyes and said.

“I’m not joking with you. I’m serious. I—love—you!” I murmured, looking deeply into her eyes.

“Say it again!” Kana said excitedly.

“I’m serious. I—love—you!” I repeated again.

Shocked, Kana remained motionless for several minutes. Suddenly, she reached out and wrapped her arms around my neck, tears welling in her eyes, and said, "Yun, do you know how long I've waited for you to say these words? I thought I'd never hear you say them to me again."

"Kana, only now do I truly realize I love you. Confessing to you so late is so unfair! Every smile, every word you utter is etched in my heart, never to fade. I want to tell you, to tell you again, that I love you!" Gazing into Kana's bright eyes, I said deeply.

"Kana!"

"Brother Yun!"

Four fiery lips finally met in a passionate kiss! Savoring her rich, sweet taste, my tongue couldn't resist parting her teeth, entwining with hers. The smooth, fragrant sensation intoxicated me, leaving me utterly captivated. My right hand also stealthily moved to her breasts, gently kneading them. The smoothness and elasticity of her skin shone through the thin fabric of her nightgown. "No wonder she exercises regularly," I couldn't help but marvel at her skin's excellent elasticity. No girl had ever escaped my seductive touch, and Kana was no exception. After a series of caresses, Kana's eyes became glazed, a blush rising from her slightly dark skin. Her long, slender hands clung to my neck, seeking a deeper connection. Unconsciously, my hands slipped through the silk nightgown, gliding over her flat stomach, moving upwards. Finally, my hands touched the real thing: her delicate breasts, and the purple pearls on her peaks—the places I had been exploring. Sometimes gently caressing, sometimes slowly teasing, sometimes circling and stroking—under my flirtatious techniques, Kana still couldn't escape the vortex of desire. Just one step away, just one step away, she would truly become my woman. My hand wandered, reaching towards the base of her thigh. Seeing that my plan was about to succeed, a wicked smile crept onto my lips. But at that moment, a pair of fair, white hands captured my mischievous hand. Kana looked at me pleadingly.

It turned out that Kana, in her daze, felt my hand touch her most intimate place and immediately came to her senses, stopping me from going any further. She pleaded, "No, no, I'll give it to you later, okay?"

Helpless, I had no choice but to withdraw my hand, straighten my clothes, and sit expressionlessly on the edge of the bed.

"Don't be like this, smile, okay, Brother Yun?" I had been comforting Kana before, but now it was Kana comforting me.

"Don't be like this!" Kana kissed my face gently, threw herself into my arms, and used the friction of her body to arouse my interest.

"Hahaha, don't do that anymore, I can't take it anymore, or I'll punish you right here and now!" I finally tore off my mask of pretense and laughed heartily.

"You stinky Xie Yun, you shameless Xie Yun, I was so worried, and you just pretended to scare me!" Kana swung her pink fist and punched my chest, pouting coquettishly. At this moment, Kana showed a rare girlish shyness, bright eyes, long eyelashes, rosy lips slightly parted, and a fair face with a rosy glow. Hmm, so beautiful.

"You look so pretty now, unlike before when you were so stiff and expressionless. Remember to smile more often!" I affectionately pinched her nose and gently praised her.

"You're so naughty! You used to praise me for being smart and capable, and now you say I used to be stiff and expressionless. Looks like you're a complete liar." Kana pressed my forehead shyly and said in a sweet voice.

“Even if I’m a big liar, you still willingly let me fool you!” I said with a grin, my arm around her slender waist.

“You rascal!” Kana lightly slapped my handsome face and said coquettishly.

“Alright, are you done being angry? Do you still hate me?” I breathed into her ear and whispered.

“You idiot! You’ve teased me so much, how can I possibly be angry?” Kana rolled her eyes at me and said.

“So that means you’re not angry!” I said happily.

“Do you like me being angry that much?” Kana pouted her red lips and snapped.

“Oh no, no, no, that’s not what I meant. Hehe, since nothing’s wrong, why don’t we go outside for some fresh air?” I suggested to change the subject.

“Great idea! I haven’t been out since I came back from the competition.” Kana said happily.

“No wonder your skin has gotten so white lately, especially your pretty face!” I joked.

"And you're one to talk! It's all because I miss you and think about you that I've made such a fuss. You've never really come to see me once since you went back to school!" Kana complained.

"I'm here to see you now, aren't I? I promise I'll come to see you whenever I have time," I said earnestly.

"I'm afraid you'll forget about me by then!" Kana said wistfully.

"How could that be? You're the woman I love," I said, embracing Kana and gazing tenderly into her eyes.

"Yun," Kana sat up, looking at me affectionately.

"Mmm," I replied.

"I love you." Kana's red lips lightly touched the corner of my mouth, then she shyly nestled into my arms, refusing to leave.

"I love you too," I murmured softly, stroking the long hair draped over her shoulders.

Chapter 59 of the Storm Chronicles: The Beginning of Storm

and Cloud. Life at the academy remained mundane yet interesting. Every day, I accompanied my wives on their wanderings, knowing exactly where every inch of the academy grounds held a rare flower or how many buzzing flies (insects resembling flies) clung to. Despite repeating these routines daily, I remained tireless, for with my wives by my side, even the most mundane tasks became fascinating.

Today, I lay comfortably on a recliner, basking in the sun. The warm sunlight made me groan with pleasure.

"Husband, husband, something terrible has happened!" Silva burst in, shouting in a panic.

Her outburst instantly dispelled any peace of mind I had. Just as I was impatiently looking to see if it was Silas, my expression changed immediately, and I asked kindly, "What's wrong, Silas? What's making you so flustered?" I'm terrified of all my wives these days. They punish me daily, making my life a mix of misery and bliss. No wonder a philosopher once said, "To live is to suffer and to rejoice!" "Something terrible has happened!

My two sisters, Lina and Lia, are going back," Silas said, forcing a smile.

"Who am I? It's just going home. Is it really that big of a fuss?" Hearing this, my heart immediately relaxed, and I secretly breathed a sigh of relief.

"No, no, it's not like that. They said they'll never be coming back." As she spoke, tears streamed down Silas's face. Having spent so much time together, the friendship among the ten sisters had grown stronger day by day, to the point where it was hard to part. Hearing that the Lia and Lina sisters had left and wouldn't be returning, her womanly tenderness finally broke her down in tears.

"Sila, don't cry, don't cry! Tell me, what happened!" I asked anxiously. After all, the two sisters were practically my wives. How could they suddenly leave without even informing me?

"It seems...it seems something happened in their country, forcing them to return," Silas said haltingly.

"Where are they now? Have they left yet?" I asked anxiously. I knew that if they left, they would never return, and seeing them again would be difficult. After spending so much time together, I had already considered them my wives. How could I stand idly by while my wives' families were in trouble?

"They're at the school gate now, the royal carriage is waiting for them, and all the sisters and Rhine are seeing them off." Before she could finish speaking, a gust of wind swept past her, and I grabbed her hand, pulling her rapidly towards the school gate. Seeing the girls looking at each other with tearful, heartbroken eyes, I breathed a sigh of relief; at least I wasn't too late. When the girls saw me appear before them like a whirlwind, they all looked at me with surprise and a touch of delight.

With a stern expression, I walked towards the two women, their eyes red and swollen, ignoring the strange looks from the crowd. I coldly said, "You were leaving without telling me? Who do you take me for? Are you just going to abandon me like that? Or do you simply not care about me at all!" The last sentence was almost a shout, though my words were filled with accusation and resentment. However, everyone could feel the deep affection I had for them, an affection that couldn't be dissolved.

"Husband, we...we didn't mean to hide it from you, it just happened so suddenly, we...we couldn't bear to leave you!" Liya sobbed again. This helplessness weighed heavily on the two women's hearts. Their beloved was no longer before them, yet they couldn't let go of their deep affection. The reason they delayed was that they hoped I could arrive in time to see them off, and that would be enough for them.

"Even if you were leaving, you should have at least said goodbye. I'm the only one who didn't come; is that acceptable?" I said, my expression softening.

Before the two women could even begin to speak, tears streamed down their faces, leaving me somewhat bewildered. "

Husband, don't talk like that! These two sisters did this for you. They didn't want you to see them like this, so they couldn't tell you in time!" Lilia, seeing my expression, stepped forward to defend them.

Hearing Lilia's words, my expression immediately softened. I lovingly stroked the two women's heads and smiled, "Silly girls, do you think your husband is the kind of person who would abandon you after starting something? No matter how terrible you look, I still love you!"

"Husband!" The two women cried out, tears streaming down their faces, and threw themselves into my arms.

"Tell me, what happened that made you so eager to return home?" Gently lifting their heads, I asked with a smile.

"Our mother was assassinated by the enemy nation, the Hawk Empire. Her injuries are quite serious, and she wants us to hurry back to see her!" Lilia said, leaning against me.

"Outrageous! Who dares to assassinate my mother-in-law! I'll teach him a lesson!" I said through gritted teeth. A strange killing intent surged from my body, enveloping everyone present. Under this oppressive aura, everyone was terrified, cold sweat pouring down their foreheads. They thought to themselves that their husbands were truly formidable; just their aura was enough to make them unable to lift their heads. They were too powerful. However, the three sisters standing to the side had a different feeling: their boss was too terrifying. It seemed they had to reassess his strength. Anyone who offended him was doomed.

Hearing my kind words, the two sisters felt a warmth in their hearts, and tears welled up in their eyes again. Seeing that the expressions of everyone present were strange, as if they were resisting something, the two sisters immediately understood what had happened and quickly comforted me, "Husband, calm down. Mother should be alright now, so you don't need to worry about her."

"Oh, is that so?" Owen replied with a puzzled expression. The invisible aura emanating from him vanished instantly, and everyone felt the pressure ease. They were relieved and looked at the two sisters gratefully, who returned their gazes apologetically.

"No, no, I must go with you to make sure Mother-in-law is alright," I said firmly.

"Ah?! You're coming back to China with us?" the two women exclaimed in surprise.

"What's wrong! Aren't you happy to have me at your home?" I asked gently.

"Oh no, no, no, we welcome you, a warm welcome!" Lina replied joyfully.

"But honey, what about the other sisters?" Lina asked worriedly. She suddenly noticed the sisters looking at me with resentful eyes, and she looked at me with conflicting emotions. She wanted me to go on my own, yet she didn't want him to come along. This internal conflict left her unsure what to do.

"Who cares? I'll go with you guys first!" Without another word, I jumped into the carriage first, muttering to myself as I did so, "Heh, finally got a chance to escape the clutches of these tigresses, isn't this great!"

The two women also looked apologetically at the others before getting into the carriage and speeding away.

Once the carriage was gone, the women finally reacted, and without any regard for ladylike image, they yelled at the departing carriage, "Xie Yun, you just wait, I'll make you pay when we get back!" Then, with a flick of their hair, they left together, leaving Rhine and the other two standing there dumbfounded.

"Wow, they're so fierce! It's like they're going to eat people alive. I wonder if Boss can handle it when he gets back?" Yad exclaimed.

"Waaah, all I want in the future is a gentle, beautiful, lively, and generous girl," Hoss sobbed, holding his head.

Rhine and Yad both looked at Hoss with disdain.

Just as the three were about to leave, a flash of white light appeared before their eyes, and Principals Harper and Harvard suddenly appeared in front of them. They had sensed a murderous aura emanating from their offices and, thinking an enemy had attacked, had rushed to the scene, expending their magic power.

"Who is it? Who is it? Which enemy has attacked?" Harper asked anxiously.

"They're gone," Rein replied weakly, then ignored the principals' expressions and walked away with Hoss and the other man without looking back.

"Gone? What? They're gone? Hey, you haven't told us who the enemy is yet!" Harvard shouted after their retreating figures.

"This...this...they have absolutely no respect for elders! It's infuriating!" Harvard glared, his beard bristling.

"Forget it, forget it, why bother arguing with a few juniors! Since the matter is resolved, let's continue with our afternoon tea!" Harper smiled, narrowing his eyes.

"Hmm, that's right!" Harvard put his arm around Harper's shoulder and used spatial teleportation to go have afternoon tea.

Chapter Sixty of the Stormy Chronicles: Attack

The carriage ran day and night, while inside, my sister Lia and I chatted animatedly about everyday matters.

"Once we cross the Wild Wolf Plains, we'll reach the great fortress of the Fire Dance Duchy—Brester. Soon we'll be able to see Mother!" Lia suddenly said.

"Great! Great! Finally, we can see Mother!" Lina exclaimed happily.

Just as everyone was rejoicing, a sudden jolt came from beneath the carriage. After a few moments of swaying, the carriage stopped. Lia, caught off guard, was about to crash into a hook on the carriage wall when I quickly grabbed her, preventing her from falling. Lying in my arms, Lia instantly forgot the danger and closed her eyes happily.

"Lia, Lina, are you alright?" I asked anxiously.

"Yes, I'm fine. Is my sister alright? That damned driver was so careless! He didn't even say anything when he stopped!" Lina complained.

“Sister, stop throwing a princess tantrum. Perhaps Feng Bo (the coachman) encountered some difficulties and couldn't keep up with our pace!” Liya opened her beautiful eyes and said understandingly.

She was right; countless scarlet eyes blinked in front of the carriage—the eyes of the level-five magical beast, the Wind Wolves. The horses panicked upon encountering them, leading to the scene just now. Feng Bo finally managed to calm the horses and bring the carriage to a stop.

“Your Highnesses, and Your Highness the Prince, a large pack of Wind Wolves is blocking our path. What should we do?” Feng Bo lifted the carriage curtain and asked.

“What can we do? Just let it be!” Lina retorted angrily.

“Feng Bo, don't listen to her nonsense. Can't we just charge through?” Liya pressed Lina's hand to her mouth and asked gently.

“Your Highness, these imperial horses seem very afraid of the Wind Wolves. I'm afraid we can't do as you wish,” Feng Bo said thoughtfully.

"Looks like another fierce battle is brewing!" I stretched and said casually.

"Your Highnesses, Your Highness, we won't trouble you with these matters." Feng Bo's figure flashed and disappeared instantly.

"Hmph, I didn't expect Feng Bo to be so unassuming!" A cold glint flashed in my eyes as I said indifferently.

Feng Bo at this moment was completely different from the Feng Bo who had driven the carriage earlier. He stood quietly in front of the pack of wolves, and a powerful force that was extremely disproportionate to his age suddenly erupted from his thin body. His white hair stood on end, and his imposing killing intent made the wolves howl and try to retreat. But for some reason, a shrill and high-pitched wolf howl came from behind the pack, and the wolves that had been trembling with fear just now became fierce again. It was obviously influenced by this howl. It seemed that there was a wolf king in the back of the pack, giving guidance.

Upon hearing the Wolf King's command, the Windwolf pack lowered their heads and howled in response. The howls of thousands of wolves reverberated throughout the Night Wolf Plain, causing even some of the fiercest beasts to tremble. Suddenly, sharp claws sprouted from the wolves' concealed forepaws, the glint of which seemed to warn everyone present that the blades beneath the Windwolf's feet were not to be trifled with. Despite the restless howling of the pack, the Windwolf pack dared not act rashly without the Wolf King's command. Just as we were wondering, that mournful howl rang out again from behind. As if receiving a command, the wolves leaped up, their claws reaching out to grab Wind Lord standing in the center.

"Beasts! A bunch of overconfident creatures! Wind and Fire Interlocking Wave!" Wind Lord roared, and an inverted vortex appeared above him, composed of pulsating, vibrant fire elements. With a gentle urging from the Wind God, the miniature vortex spun rapidly, fiercely absorbing the wind and fire elements in the air, quickly forming an inverted tornado more than half a person's height. Just as the wolves were about to pounce on him, the Wind God gave a soft shout: "Go!" The enormous tornado actually disintegrated, breaking into smaller tornadoes that met the onrushing wolves. The Wind Wolves were disdainful of this thing that posed no threat to them. They spun in the air and pounced on the Wind God again.

How could a dignified magic swordsman utter such a trivial thing? Just as the Wind Wolves felt their prey was about to be captured, a slight pain came from the back of their tails, which they were so proud of and which supported their balance. A heart-wrenching pain made the wolves stop their attack and regain their footing. But what terrified them was that a powerful suction force came from the back of the tail, as if it wanted to tear them into it, and the burning sensation from the tail made them even more uneasy. It's said that wolves fear fire, and this is indeed an unchanging truth. At this moment, the tiny miniature tornado unleashed its unparalleled energy. Even though it was only a tiny fraction, it knew to start with a localized attack, first targeting the tail, the most prized part of the Wind Wolf. First, the vent sucked in the fur, then the active fire elements swept over it, penetrating deeper into the flesh. The scene was filled with the howls of the wolves—was it pain? Was it fear? Only the pack of wolves knew the answer.

"Burn, Dance of Fire!" The fire elements within the vortex surged rapidly, joyfully igniting within the Wind Wolf's fur. Instantly, the Wind Wolf became ablaze, its entire body ablaze. They leaped and bounded, celebrating the birth of the Fire Wolf family? Or perhaps praying for their demise? No one knew, and no one wanted to know. Moments later, dozens of Wind Wolves that had attacked the Wind Wolf vanished amidst the cheers of the fire elements.

Feng Bo took a few steps forward with disdain, and the wolves immediately retreated in fear, howling softly. If it weren't for the wolf king's howl, these kings of the Wild Wolf Plains would likely have crumbled under his imposing presence. A howl echoed from behind the pack every now and then, as if the wolf king were issuing a command. And with each howl, the pack's formation shifted from chaotic to disciplined, a testament to the wolf king's wisdom. Once in formation, the Wind Wolves fully utilized their advantage—speed. On the Wild Wolf Plains, no one dared to underestimate the Wind Wolves' speed; any who dared to do so would only become prey.

The change in the Wind Wolves' formation made even the high-ranking magic swordsman, Feng Bo, take notice. As everyone knows, wolves rely on speed, and now that they were fully utilizing this advantage, it was a serious problem. With a howl from the wolf king, dozens of wind wolves used their speed to completely surround Feng Bo. Before Feng Bo could react, a wolf on his left suddenly vanished. The disappearance of one wolf made Feng Bo cautious. Sure enough, his keen senses alerted him to a whooshing sound behind him. He nimbly dodged, causing the attacking wind wolf to miss its target. Although Feng Bo had dodged, his fears were still realized. He could react to attacks from one or two wind wolves, but attacks from many wolves threw him into disarray. Several whooshing sounds came from behind him, and he sensed danger from his left shoulder, right arm, left foot, and right leg. The pack of wolves began to attack. No matter how Feng Bo dodged, he couldn't avoid injury. In a short time, the attack left Feng Bo covered in wounds. This was only the first wave of the wind wolves' attacks. With the second wave about to begin, if he didn't fight back, he would truly become their prey.

"Come forth, you raging bear!" A bear's roar echoed across the plains, followed by a red glow emanating from Feng Bo's left arm, from which a miniature Kara bear emerged. To the wolves' astonishment, the Kara bear leaped to the ground and grew rapidly, quickly becoming a raging bear over two meters tall. Its black fur included a tuft of hair in a "V" shape on its chest, and its thick, powerful arms hung heavily on the ground, clearly demonstrating their immense length.

The wind wolves launched their second attack, shifting their focus to the raging bear due to its perceived threat. In a flash, the wolves were covered in bites from several wind wolves. Two bit its left arm, two its right arm, four its legs, and one even managed to bite its rump. However, this monstrous bear seemed to possess skin of bronze and bones of iron, ignoring the wolves' attacks. But seeing so many parasites clinging to its body, it felt a certain disgust. With a flick of its paws, the four wolves were instantly sent flying into the air. Before they could react, the bear clapped its paws together, and the four wolf carcasses flew into the pack, where they were devoured by the extremely hungry wolves.

As the mighty bear marched towards the pack, it felt a biting sensation behind its rear. Slightly annoyed, it reached back and grabbed a snarling, snarling wolf. Sensing disdain for its dominant position, the bear roared and punched, smashing the wolf's brains into a bloody pulp. As for the wolves still tickling its feet, the bear moved slowly, step by step, and any unsuspecting wolf was easily crushed into a bloody mess.

As their companions died one by one, the remaining wolves, far from feeling the threat of death, became even more frenzied, fueled by the scent of blood. Pack after pack of wolves charged at the bear relentlessly. Their sharp claws sliced at the bear's body, but didn't even tear a hair; their razor-sharp teeth bit into its flesh, causing not pain, but instead shattering the teeth of the wolves that bit it. The bear, harassed by this pack of wolves that it saw as mere ants, would often send wolves flying with a flick of its paw, a stomp of its hooves, or a sweep of its massive hand, sending them crashing to the ground, motionless. One after another, they fell, one after another, soaking the plains in blood, filling the air with a thick, pungent stench. At this rate, the bear remained unharmed, while the wolf pack dwindled. Ultimately, it was the wolves who would suffer the most. A howl came from behind the wolf pack, and the wolves that were still attacking immediately stopped and obediently parted to make way for a wolf that emerged from behind.

"A level seven magical beast, the Silver Moon Two-Headed Wolf!" Feng Bo, who was healing his wounds, exclaimed in surprise.

Then look at this so-called Silver Moon Two-Headed Wolf that Feng Bo spoke of. Its body is the size of a calf, with silver-white fur. Two wolf heads stand side-by-side on its short neck. Incongruous with its body, the left head's fur is entirely black. Strangely, besides its two normal eyes, it has an additional eye on its forehead. If you don't look closely, you wouldn't notice anything unusual, as its third eye is closed. The right head is also remarkable, its entire body reddish, with only one eye on its face. This eye is noticeably larger than a normal wolf's eye, its gaze gleaming with a blue light.

Since the wolf king appeared, the pack seemed to be in fear, retreating one after another, leaving the wolf king isolated in front, facing Feng Bo's phantom beast, the Violent Bear. Despite the wolf king being only slightly more powerful than the pack (in the Violent Bear's eyes), the Violent Bear still bravely charged towards it. Suddenly, the third eye of the left wolf of the two-headed wolf opened, and with a blink, a tornado appeared out of thin air in front of the bear, blocking its path. Enraged, the bear swung its iron-hard fist at the tornado, which was quickly defeated by the bear's power. Unfortunately, countless more tornadoes appeared around the bear simultaneously. No matter how the bear fought, it couldn't reduce their number, and they began to merge. Before the bear could react, the merging tornadoes swept it into the air, about to crash to the ground. The Wind God, shouting "Oh no!" immediately realized the bear's danger, beckoning with his left hand and yelling, "Come back, bear!" A beam of red light shot from the Wind God's left arm, striking the bear. Just as the bear was shrinking and about to be absorbed into the Wind God's arm, the previously motionless right wolf head suddenly spat out a ball of blue light. The blue ball, once launched, immediately changed shape, flying to Feng Bo's head and transforming into a shimmering blue net. Judging from the crackling blue light within, Feng Bo knew that if he were struck by this net, he would be immobilized for a while, completely at the mercy of the wolves. But if he resisted, his beloved magical beast might suffer serious injury. This two-birds-with-one-stone strategy was clearly beyond the capabilities of a mere level seven magical beast; someone must be manipulating it.

Recalling his attack and the unexpected appearance of this level seven magical beast, a figure flashed through Feng Bo's mind. Suddenly, he fired a ball of light with his right hand, shouting, "Come forth, Beastmaster!"

"As expected of the strongest warrior of the Beast Knights, it's a pity you're without your steed; you toothless tiger are no threat at all." A figure emerged from behind the silver-moon two-headed wolf.

Who exactly is this person? Why did they ambush us in the Wild Wolf Plains, and what is their purpose? Please read on!

Chapter Sixty-One of the Wind and Cloud Chronicles: The Beast Tamer

The man who had been spouting empty words finally revealed his true colors: long, curly, tousled hair; a fair face with a pair of yin-yang eyes; and a chilling, wicked smile that always played on his lips, making him utterly repulsive. His black robes, seemingly made out by his actions, clearly indicated that he was the mastermind behind everything.

"Felite, long time no see, it's been a long time," the man in black said, stroking the fur of the Silver Moon Two-Headed Wolf. The previously ferocious wolf seemed to enjoy his touch, nestling gently against him, almost as if being affectionate.

"Amendo, I never expected it to be you!" Feng Bo exclaimed in shock. Amendo, hailed as the most powerful beast tamer in the Hawk Empire, is ruthless, cunning, and ferocious, causing great distress to the people of the Fire Dance Duchy. Once, during a war between the two nations, he led his level-eight phantom beast, the Wind Monkey, to raid several of the Fire Dance Duchy's camps, killing and wounding fifteen generals and countless soldiers. He nearly stormed Queen Aite's camp, only escaping wounded thanks to the intervention of Amendo and his fellow phantom beast knights. This demonstrates his immense power; even now, Amendo and his knights haven't fully recovered, and even if they do, Amendo knows he cannot defeat Amendo alone. His presence here today suggests that the two princesses and the prince have faced certain death. However, even at the cost of their lives, Amendo is determined to ensure the princesses' escape and preserve the royal bloodline.

"There's much more than you can imagine!" Amendo chuckled, his eyes narrowed. A whooshing sound reached Feng Bo's ears. He looked closely and saw a giant arrow, about a meter long, hurtling towards the carriage. Startled, he cried out, "Your Highness, watch out for their Demon-Slaying Arrow!" He lunged forward to grab the arrow, determined to save the two princesses, even at the cost of his own life. But his hand went numb, and before he could even grasp the arrow shaft, he fell to the ground. Luckily, he reacted quickly enough to avoid a blunder.

"Your enemy is me!" Amendo suddenly appeared before him, smiling.

"Get out of my way!" Feng Bo gathered his magic and struck at Amendo. However, an invisible barrier suddenly appeared before them, rendering his attacks futile. Even more terrifying, this invisible barrier seemed to possess an irresistible attraction, binding them and rendering them unable to move. Feng Bo could only watch helplessly as the Demon-Slaying Arrow hurtled towards the carriage. Imagining the Demon-Slaying Arrow killing the two heirs of the Fire Dance Kingdom inside the carriage, he couldn't help but laugh triumphantly.

However, before he could even feel smug, the Demon-Slaying Arrow penetrated less than half a foot into the carriage and could go no further. This startled him, and he muttered to himself, "How could this be? The Demon-Slaying Arrow, which can break through any magical shield, can't get in. What's going on!" But what terrified him even more was yet to come.

A lazy voice suddenly came from inside the carriage: "Who has the guts to attack from the shadows! It's impolite to come and go like this!" The Demon-Slaying Arrow suddenly turned around and flew back in the direction it had come from. A series of wails came from that direction, and then the ground trembled. With a loud "boom," a mushroom cloud rose from the direction the Demon-Slaying Arrow had flown, and Amendo's ambush troops were all wiped out.

"Who...who are you?" Amendo asked, trembling, upon seeing such terrifying power. Not only did he deflect the Demon-Slaying Arrow, but he also tampered with it, causing the complete annihilation of his men. Such a person could only be described as unfathomable, how could he not feel fear and dread?

"Yes, Your Highness!" came Feng Bo's intermittent voice from behind Amendo.

"Your Highness? The princess's husband, how terrifying!" Even the top expert of the Hawk Empire couldn't help but feel terrified.

"Hey, Feng Bo, you're too careless. You can't even handle this little fly. No wonder your Fire Dance Kingdom has been fighting them for so many years without victory!" The carriage door opened, and a young man jumped out, followed by two beautiful young women. These were my sister Lia Lina and me.

"Feng Bo, you go and guard the carriage!" I said calmly.

"Your Highness, I... I can move again." Feng Bo was pleasantly surprised to find that his previously stiff body had suddenly become flexible.

"You...you?" Amendo exclaimed in disbelief. Anyone who could lift his seal without him noticing was no ordinary person; they must be a master among masters.

"Feng Bo, go back!" I shouted to Feng Bo, who was nimbly maneuvering behind me.

"Oh!" It turned out the arrogant Feng Bo was now showing respect. Someone who could save him from a master deserved respect.

"Boy, who exactly are you?" Amendo was, after all, a master. In front of a master, even the slightest loss of composure could easily lead to utter ruin.

"Didn't Feng Bo answer for me just now?" I replied with a slight smile.

"You...you really are the prince of the Fire Dance Duchy, the husband of Princess Liya?" Amendo exclaimed in surprise. In Amendo's mind, royal families and so-called princesses were always political victims. Which princess's husband wasn't the son of a powerful ruler? These people were all parasites attached to society, spoiled and pampered, born with a silver spoon in their mouths. This created a bunch of good-for-nothings, idle and incompetent people! But the man before him, anyone with eyes could tell at a glance, was not like that. His eyes were deep and clear, his temperament was reserved and unassuming, and his seemingly weak body contained boundless explosive power. This was a true master, this was the real prince the Fire Dance Duchy had found! This young man was destined for greatness, far more promising and superior than those good-for-nothings. Thinking of this, Amendo couldn't help but smile bitterly. It was such a pity that such a talented person couldn't be used by another country. Today, no matter what, he would risk his life to prevent him from returning to the Fire Dance Duchy, otherwise, it would bring devastating disaster to his country. In fact, his thinking was correct, but that's a story for later.

"Hehe, wrong answer, it should be that I am the husband of Princesses Liya and Lina!" I took the two women's hands and smiled.

"Ah!?" Amendo's surprise was even greater. It seems that he had underestimated him earlier. This person is not simple! To be able to win the hearts of two beauties of the Fire Dance Duchy at the same time, such a person must have real skills. Such a person can only be described as a profound person, truly hiding his true abilities, and always doing things without revealing a single detail. This is the most terrifying enemy. If this person is not eliminated, there will be unpredictable changes to the Hawk Empire and the entire continent's situation in the future. Thinking this, Amendo made up his mind and said sinisterly, "So it really is His Highness the Prince and the two princesses. It seems I obtained them effortlessly. This day next year will be your death anniversary. Silver Moon Two-Headed Wolf, attack!"

Sensing the murderous intent in the director's heart, the Silver Moon Two-Headed Wolf tilted its two heads to the sky and howled. As a result, the wolf pack that had been retreating earlier all surrounded it, following the two-headed wolf's steps and closing in on me.

"Hey, you just start attacking like that? You don't even give us a chance to say a word!" I shouted.

"As long as I can win, I'll pay any price!" Amendo retreated behind the wolf pack and sneered.

"You—!" At this moment, the situation did not allow me to think. The annoying pack of wind wolves surrounded me again, still hovering around me at the speed of the wind, unpredictable. To prevent the two women from getting hurt, I gently used my strength to send them outside the circle, then placed a protective barrier around them. I whispered, "My two ladies, just watch me show off my power!"

"Hehe, you still have the mood for jokes even now? Watch out!" The two women giggled, but a hint of worry lingered in their smiling eyes.

Giving them a reassuring look, I held my breath, keeping a close watch on the wolves' every move. Suddenly, a dangerous signal came from the back of my head. A pair of sharp wolf claws were about to grab my skull, a savage glint of victory in the wind wolf's eyes. Unfortunately, before it could tear through my skull, a tearing sensation shot through its heart. It had already fallen into the underworld before killing me. I swung my hand, slamming the wolf corpse off my right fist, a cold, sinister glint in my eyes. Just as the wolves surrounded me, the howl of the Silver Moon Two-Headed Wolf came from behind. The wolves immediately changed formation and pounced on me, quickly pinning me to the ground. The screams and howls coming from within made Amendo, who was watching from the side, smile slightly.

However, before he could even rejoice, beams of platinum light shone from the hilltop where the wolves had pressed down. A loud whoosh was heard, and the wolves on top of me howled and flew several meters away before regaining their footing. The wolves at the very center met a much worse fate, being crushed to dust by the platinum battle aura surrounding me, leaving not even a trace of blood or flesh. Meanwhile, Amendo, who was directing from the side, saw the platinum aura surrounding me and, recalling the rumors of the past few days, exclaimed in shock, "Platinum aura? The legendary Saint Seiya?"

Regardless of Amendo's thoughts, I, having finally lifted the wolf mountain, couldn't help but gasp for fresh air. Being pressed down by that wolf mountain was too uncomfortable! The nauseating stench, and the foul smell of the wolves—even though I didn't let the wolves get close, the pervasive odor completely disgusted me. In a fit of rage, I no longer hesitated and activated my platinum aura as a Saint Seiya. After catching my breath, I could no longer tolerate the smell. I coldly addressed the wolves surrounding me, "Having fun, huh? Building hills? Hmph, today I'll send you to the Yellow Springs to build Wolf Soul Mountain! Behold my Earth Shockwave!" I roared, my right fist slamming into the ground beneath my feet, a yellow ball of energy disappearing into the earth.

Seeing this strange behavior of the humanoid monster before me, the wolves, as if eager to curry favor with their wolf king, lunged at me again. Unexpectedly, before they could even move, the earth suddenly trembled, shaking violently in all directions. Sharp stone spikes suddenly emerged from some places, piercing the unsteady wolves. Gushes of blood splattered onto these spikes; some were pierced through the belly, their intestines spilling out, while others were pierced in the head, their white brains splattering everywhere. The red and white mingled on the ground, causing the two women watching to turn pale and vomit. Even Amendo, who was observing from the side, was horrified by the carnage. And that wasn't all. In other places, deep pits appeared out of nowhere. Once a wolf fell into one, it was immediately swallowed by the darkness within, without even a chance to howl. These pits appeared quickly and disappeared just as fast, each disappearance taking the life of a wolf—a classic bottomless pit of death. Elsewhere, different horrific scenes unfolded. As before, deep holes appeared intermittently in the wolf pack's habitat, but instead of swallowing their lives, these holes destroyed them. One wolf, carelessly stepping over a hole's opening, was suddenly engulfed in flames, instantly incinerating it. Other wolves, stepping into similar holes, were met not with fire, but with a chilling blast of cold air, quickly freezing their bodies into blocks of ice that shattered upon impact. Some wolves fared even worse; having survived the fire, they were then struck by the extreme cold, losing even that remaining life force—a classic case of fire and water being incompatible. After a devastating earthquake, not a single wolf remained standing. Even the alpha wolf, though slightly wounded, howled at its master.

"How's my technique?" I lightly blew the dust off my right fist and said nonchalantly.

Seeing the mountain of wolf carcasses on the ground, Amendo's lips trembled, and he muttered to himself, "Too terrifying, too terrifying!"

Chapter Sixty-Two of the Wind and Cloud Chapter: The Wind Monkey

"It's just a small token, nothing special! Brother Amendo, please accept it!" I said with a smile.

"You...you're simply a ruthless killer!" Amendo cried out in terror.

"Ruthless killer? I don't think so. I've never killed anyone. You don't think these wolves are human, do you?" I feigned surprise and asked, "Could it be that you and these wolves are the same kind?"

"I'll kill you." Amendo couldn't help but rush towards me. His ferocious face and soaring anger showed that Amendo really did see those wolves as his children, otherwise he wouldn't be so grief-stricken and heartbroken. Just as he was about to charge at me, he suddenly stopped, his expression calming down. He stood quietly before me and said peacefully, "I challenge you to a duel!" On the Magic Martial Continent, duels are sacred. Anyone who wants to duel will no longer resort to underhanded ambushes, as this would incur the scorn of all warriors on the continent and could even lead to being hunted down.

"I accept your request!" I replied calmly.

"Husband!" The two women looked at me with worry.

"Don't worry, your husband will be fine!" I blew them kisses and smiled.

"But..." The two women still looked at me with concern.

“Come on!” I ignored the two women and focused all my attention on Amendo.

“Come back, Silver Moon Two-Headed Wolf!” Amendo recalled the injured and fallen Silver Moon Two-Headed Wolf.

“Oh, you recalled the Silver Moon Two-Headed Wolf, do you want to fight me one-on-one? You have no chance of winning that way!” I waved my hand.

“I will face you, the strongest enemy I have ever encountered, in my strongest form!” Amendo said coldly.

“Your Highness, be careful of his phantom beast—Wind Monkey!” Wind Elder warned from the side.

“Come on!” I took a fighting stance, meeting Amendo’s challenge.

“Come out, my war darling—Wind Monkey!” Amendo raised his left arm, and a faint white light scattered through his clothes, then the white light coalesced into a ball of light, and with a flash of white light, a small monkey about a head tall appeared on Amendo’s shoulder. This wind monkey didn't look much different from the wild monkeys that roamed the mountains, except for its extremely long fingernails, which were even longer than its own height. It was truly baffling how those fingernails were formed; they were thin and sharp as steel, with a faint glint of cold light on their surface—undoubtedly deadly weapons. Otherwise, it was no different from an ordinary monkey.

"Hmm, I thought it was some powerful magical beast, but it's just this little monster with a pointed snout. Uncle Wind, is your defense too weak? Neither you nor the beast can defend against them!" I couldn't help but mock.

"Honey, don't underestimate it. Uncle Wind must have his reasons for saying that. You should still be careful!" Liya said worriedly from the side.

"Hey, Liya, you don't need to worry so much. I can handle this little kiss!" I said nonchalantly.

"Since you look down on it so much, let it experience your superior skills! Go, Wind Monkey!" Amendo was clearly unmoved by what was happening before him, speaking calmly.

The Wind Monkey on Amendo's shoulder seemed to understand, responding with a "squeak," and suddenly vanished. Such speed! Even with my eyes glued to the Wind Monkey, I didn't see it disappear; truly worthy of its name, Wind Monkey. Constantly scanning my surroundings, I noticed the Wind Monkey spinning around me. Just as my divine sense caught up with it, the Wind Monkey seemed to sense it and actually shook off my divine sense. Danger?! A warning flashed through my mind, and I dodged to the left, two sharp gusts of wind grabbing towards my chest. Despite my dodging left and right, I was still a fraction slower than the Wind Monkey—just a fraction, but enough to cause me immense suffering. When the Wind Monkey reappeared on Amendo's shoulder, I was a gruesome sight, tormented beyond recognition. My hair was loose and disheveled, with stray strands cut by the wind monkey's claws. My white robe was torn to shreds, just enough to cover my body. My exposed chest was covered in red welts; although no internal organs were damaged, the surface injuries were enough.

"Not bad, not bad, indeed a very unique phantom beast!" Instead of being angry at the wind monkey's attack, I was pleased and even praised it. No wonder it and Amendo were able to break into the Queen's camp alone; the wind monkey's speed was indispensable.

I gently wiped away a trace of blood from the corner of my mouth, channeled my energy, and my chest, which had been covered in red welts, suddenly turned a luminous white. The bright red splatter marks slowly faded, quickly returning to normal, as if no damage had ever occurred. As for my tattered clothes, I casually took out a set of clothes from my dimensional space and put them on. Amendo stared in disbelief at my transformation, muttering to himself, "What kind of technique is this? It restored my body in such a short time, it's comparable to the Holy Light Technique!"

"It seems we should settle things between us!" I said calmly. As I spoke, I focused my aura, keeping a close watch on the movements of both the man and the beast.

"Haha, now you know how powerful the Wind Monkey is. Wind Monkey, show him something else!" Amendo shouted. The Wind Monkey, who had been perched on his shoulder, stretched out its arms, fingers spread, and made a horizontal and vertical slash in the air before crouching down again. Just as I was wondering why the Wind Monkey's movements were so limited, the blood in my heart suddenly began to flow irregularly and rapidly. It felt as if a heavy hammer had struck my heart from the void. I couldn't help but feel a sweet taste in my throat, and a mouthful of blood spurted out.

"How was it? How did the Mind Cross Slash feel?" Amendo, seeing me injured so easily, assumed I was

just a show-off and couldn't help but mock me. "Very good, very good. I didn't expect you, Wind Monkey, to be so formidable, actually managing to injure me." I said with a cold laugh. The repeated defeats infuriated me, but they also made me realize that often, unassuming creatures are the most threatening to the enemy, and those unseen blows are more likely to inflict serious damage.

"Not bad, Wind Monkey, now he finally realizes your power. Give him another taste." Amendo stroked the Wind Monkey's head, encouraging it. Encouraged by its master, the Wind Monkey seemed excited, squeaking several times and slashing left and right in the air, happily watching me get injured again. Unfortunately, the plan of the man and beast failed. After waiting for a while, they didn't see me spit blood or move an inch, and disappointment appeared on their faces.

"You know what? The same attack is completely ineffective against me! If you don't have a trump card up your sleeve, I'll have to retaliate." I took a step forward with ease and said calmly.

"How is that possible? How could you possibly dodge my invisible and traceless mental attack!" Amendo exclaimed in disbelief.

"Is it okay to let innocent bystanders suffer, but not to let the city gates catch fire? I was already prepared to defend myself when you were preparing your second attack." I smiled faintly.

"You—, Wind Monkey, use your most powerful move and show him!" Amendo, unable to contain his arrogance, commanded Wind Monkey.

With two squeaks, Wind Monkey responded. It flew into the air and, instead of falling, began to spin rapidly. The whirlwind formed by Wind Monkey's body quickly spun, soon creating a small tornado. Hmph, I've seen countless tornadoes like this. How dare it try to show off its skills in front of me? Doesn't it know who I am?! Just as I was looking on with disdain, the tornado in front of me suddenly changed drastically. I could vaguely see the wind monkeys unconsciously gesturing within the storm. Soon, another tornado split off from the first one, and within that second tornado, there were also wind monkeys. And that wasn't all; two more tornadoes then split off from those two, each containing two more wind monkeys. This kind of teleportation trick? Trying to embarrass myself in front of me? Utterly overestimating myself. However, to my great surprise, the wind monkeys in the four tornadoes began to move. But unlike what I had seen before, the four wind monkeys didn't move in unison; instead, each adopted a different attack posture. The first one on the left was clearly using the same Mind Cross Slash that had attacked me earlier, while the second one mimicked a human, spreading its thumb and middle finger, crossing its hands in opposite directions to form a "口" shape. Suddenly, an eye emerged from its forehead—a red eye—and a beam of red light shot into the "口" shaped hand gesture. After being illuminated by the red light, the "mouth"-shaped object suddenly expanded, becoming large enough to accommodate me, and then disappeared right before my eyes. Looking at the third wind monkey, its fingernails, already quite long, now seemed to have more than doubled in length. Wielding its astonishingly long nails, its small body and long, sharp claws were so disproportionate that it was almost comical. However, it was now wielding its long, sharp claws, slashing wildly in my direction. With each slash, a gaseous blade flew from its claws, creating a small tornado that shot towards me. As for the fourth wind monkey, it remained motionless, simply standing there watching.

"Mind Cross Slash, Time-Space Imprisonment Chamber, Tornado Monkey Blade, attack him!" Amendo shouted excitedly from the sidelines.

There was no time to think. Seeing the streaks of gaseous blades hurtling towards me, my first instinct was to dodge, and I tried to shift to the side. Wait, I couldn't move! And my dodge posture was still stuck. I'd already witnessed the Mind Cross Slash, the Time-Space Imprisonment Chamber, and the Tornado Monkey Blade he'd shouted about. These tornado-like blades before me must be the "Tornado Monkey Blade," and the one immobilizing me was undoubtedly the "Time-Space Imprisonment Chamber"—truly formidable.

In a flash, just as the blades were about to strike, a thick earthen wall suddenly rose in front of me, blocking them. Just as I was about to breathe a sigh of relief, blood rushed to my heart. I knew the "Mind Cross Slash" was coming. I silently chanted "Mind Shield," and a transparent membrane enveloped my heart, preventing the Mind Cross Slash from striking. Now I finally understand Amendo's power and cunning. Using both physical and psychological attacks, no wonder he dared to invade the Fire Dance Duchy alone. All of this happened in the blink of an eye. Before I could react, the thick earthen wall collapsed with a crash. I didn't expect that an eighth-level "Earth Protection" would collapse in less than a moment. It seems that "Tornado Monkey Blade" is no ordinary weapon either. There was no time to think further; the "Tornado Monkey Blade" had already attacked. Just then, a transparent crystal wall suddenly rose in front of me—an eighth-level water magic "Crystal Wall"—once again blocking the "Tornado Monkey Blade's" attack. Now I focused my eyes, carefully observing the "Tornado Monkey Blade's" peculiarities. After this observation, I indeed noticed something unusual. The blade, released from the wind monkey's claw, was sharp and penetrating, possessing immense power to pierce the earthen wall. However, this alone wasn't enough to cause the level eight "Earth Protection" to collapse. Behind this blade often followed a powerful, penetrating tornado. With these two forces combined, how could the "Earth Protection" possibly withstand the attack? Knowing this, I knew the "crystal wall" was about to vanish. A plan formed in my mind. As expected, the "Tornado Monkey Blade" pierced the crystal wall and continued its relentless attack towards my chest. By this time, I had regained my previous confidence. Although "Mind Cross Slash" and "Time-Space Imprisonment Chamber" were still inflicted upon me, they were now powerless against me. Once I eliminated the "Tornado Monkey Blade," everything would be resolved. Now, I had a plan in mind; this thing would be utterly harmless to me. Just as the sharp blade attacked, a golden wall suddenly appeared in front of me. Unlike the previous one, this golden wall was covered with vortexes, spinning rapidly. The "Tornado Monkey Blade" attacked it, vying for control with the vortexes, the two locked in a stalemate. Unexpectedly, compared to the suction force of the vortexes, the Tornado Monkey Blade was far weaker, and was immediately sucked into the vortexes, its attack crumbling on its own. "Hmm

, how did you defend against my attack!" Amendo asked in surprise, having not seen my actions.

"Fighting fire with fire!" I smiled mysteriously, then confidently said, "Amendo, what other tricks do you have up your sleeve? I'll take them all!"

"I'm afraid you can't withstand them!" Amendo said with a cruel smile.

"Come on, bring it on!" I said disdainfully, having just won.

"Then prepare to face it, hahahaha!" A smug glint flashed in Amendo's eyes as he laughed wildly.

What was it that made Amendo's face light up with a smug smile?
