As a lurker for ten years with little actual interaction, I have some things to say. These are my personal views, and also a summary of my experiences with the couples' dating scene over the past decade.
First, what is couples' dating?
Couples' dating is a method, arguably the ultimate way, for couples to develop sexual desire and enjoyment. It typically occurs between middle-aged and older couples over 35. After experiencing most of life and the mundane struggles of work and family, they find themselves becoming numb in the quiet of the night, even neglecting the most basic male symbol: erection. There's no passion, no impulse, no desire. The wife, besides working, also has to take care of the children, cook, and do housework. Even the most basic passion in their marital life slowly fades away like the rice water
used to rinse the rice. Some families feel that life is supposed to be like this; where does so much passion come from? It's just the mundane things like cooking, cleaning, and bickering—that's "life"!
Other families, however, feel there's something wrong with this; this is a fundamental difference in values! Couples who feel this is problematic will actively communicate and take action to change things! Sex toys, outdoor activities, car sex, etc., have all emerged to address this. Ultimately, they will discover that the source of their lack of passion is not physical or genital, but a deep-seated desire in their brains to break taboos!
However, the current dating scene is filled with couples in their twenties. This doesn't mean young couples can't find joy and passion in life. It's just that they haven't yet understood the monotony of life and family; all of this requires time to accumulate! They are more seeking physical and sensory stimulation and the different feelings that other spouses bring!
Personally, I don't think this is the true meaning of dating, nor is it the intention of dating. It's more about the thrill of having sex with someone else. The danger is that this thrill is endless. When changing partners no longer provides stimulation, they may resort to group sex, and then... Without human and emotional support, and without communication and trust, where will couples go? It's unpredictable...
Everyone has their own preferences. It's understandable that middle-aged husbands might prefer young women, while middle-aged wives might prefer energetic young men. However, the life values, sexual values, and definitions of safety of people in their 30s and 40s are vastly different from those of people in their 20s; it's all just a mirage.
Secondly, the background of photos matters.
A person's aesthetic sense depends on the depth of their inner world. Photos lacking aesthetic appeal only depict naked organs. "The act of mating and the organs of mating are so ugly that if it weren't for beautiful faces, pretty clothes, and the impulses involved, humanity would have long been extinct in nature." — Leonardo da Vinci.
Many albums in 69 reveal a person's general aesthetic sense, personality, economic situation, and hygiene habits simply from their backgrounds. Wrinkled sheets, greasy pillows, peeling paint, vulgar slippers, and a messy, dirty house—the husband in such a couple shouldn't be thinking about making friends! He should be focusing on providing a better living environment for his wife and children!
It's not that couples from ordinary backgrounds don't have the right to socialize, but rather that you should prepare the props and setting before showcasing your and your wife's charm—that's common sense. If you're filming in the bathroom, the floor should be clean and dry, the toilet or urinal should be cleaned beforehand, and towels and underwear should be neatly arranged. This is the most basic respect you can show for your own inner self and desires.
China has always valued matching social status in marriage, and this still holds true today! Your social standing and the kind of person you are will attract people of the same level as you; as the saying goes, "birds of a feather flock together." Couples with refined inner lives and a higher spiritual level will have no interest in greasy, dirty bodies in bed!
