Is it okay to sleep with my sister-in-law?

I have a sister-in-law who's five years younger than my wife. She's not married yet and just started dating a boyfriend, but they're in a long-distance relationship. We live very close to her and often run into each other. We get along quite well and often joke around. Maybe it's because she's younger, prettier, and has a better figure than my wife, but I often have the urge to sleep with her. I know it's immoral, but it's my honest feeling. Sometimes she comes to my house in the summer. She likes playing computer games but isn't very good at them, so sometimes she needs my help. In the summer, I wear shorts at home, and she wears shorts. Often, I press my thighs against hers, and it feels really good. She doesn't pull away; I don't know if she doesn't feel anything or if she enjoys it too. I've never dared to do anything more daring. Before she had a boyfriend, I often joked with her, asking what kind of boyfriend she wanted and asking me to introduce her to someone. She always said she wanted someone like my brother-in-law, and I would joke with her that someone as handsome as me would be hard to find. Now her boyfriend was introduced by family, and we don't have much of a romantic relationship. But now that she has a boyfriend, it's not convenient for us to joke around anymore. But my urge to have sex with her hasn't subsided. I'm also afraid that if I do something bold, she'll be disgusted and tell her sister or family, which would be incredibly embarrassing and have serious consequences. I'm so conflicted.
