Firstly, most of the brothers and sisters here are likely successful individuals or future leaders in their respective industries. The reason is simple: everyone's thinking is inclusive and open-minded.
The atmosphere is still a bit somber. We understand that loving the motherland and the people is what makes a good person; there's no need to be overly reserved. These days, everyone has a few naive or foolish individuals. No one will award you a "fair and just" prize based on your outstanding performance. Staying here won't affect your death by having the Party flag draped over your head. There's no need for strong ulterior motives. We can chat casually; no one is going to extend a malicious hand to you from afar.
Struggling in society is difficult enough. The so-called organizations we belong to are always like a tree crawling with monkeys—looking up, everyone sees backsides; looking down, everyone smiles. Having witnessed the coldness and indifference of human relationships, I came here with a curious heart and slightly impure motives. I can't possibly reach those who are overly idealistic, and I disdain those who are too high-sounding. Let's maintain our own families and lives, and on the basis of sincerity and understanding, work together to promote harmonious development.
