Shaving frequency affects men's quality of life

Believe it or not, the frequency of shaving can affect the quality of your sex life. Here are three reasons why shaving is closely related to your sex life…
Reason 1: People who don't shave daily experience fewer orgasms.
A recent research paper published in the American Journal of Epidemiology suggests that people who don't shave daily have less frequent sexual activity and a 70% higher risk of stroke compared to those who shave daily.
This is the result of a study conducted by the University of Bristol in southwest England. Researchers at the university tracked 2,438 middle-aged men in Wales for nearly 20 years and found that among those who did not shave daily, blue-collar workers were more likely to have lower marriage rates, fewer orgasms, and some even suffered from angina as a result.
Professor Ibrahim of the university's medical department, who participated in the study, said that men who don't shave often tend to have fewer orgasms and lower testosterone levels, reflecting characteristics such as unstable marriages and infrequent sexual activity.
Reason 2: Beard growth is related to sex hormones.
The first person to notice the relationship between beard growth rate and sex hormones was a Scotsman. He was working on a remote island in the Hebrides in western Scotland, and when he learned that he would soon be returning to Scotland to see his girlfriend, he found that his beard had grown wildly.
A reporter interviewed Mr. Pavel, a sex counseling expert in Connecticut, USA, about this issue. When asked if he had conducted similar research, he said that although the British study was somewhat unconventional, it was indeed very interesting from a sexual psychology perspective.
Reason 3: People with high-quality sex lives pay more attention to their image.
Pavel said that men's shaving habits are mainly a matter of personal hygiene. A man who doesn't shave often may reflect a lower quality of life and therefore less attention to his personal appearance. On the other hand, men who have high-quality sex lives and frequently reach orgasm are usually more concerned about their appearance and their image in their partners' eyes, so they will definitely shave more often. He also admitted that he himself shaves frequently and has a normal sex life.
Pavel believes that due to historical and cultural differences between the US and Europe, Americans are relatively less concerned with details. He estimates that there is little difference in the number of times white-collar and blue-collar workers in the US have sex each week. He also believes that similar research in the US might not yield as significant results as in the UK.
