Talking about my circumcision

My other account kept failing at L1, so I applied for another one and finally got L2. I'll share my experience with circumcision, hoping it might help others considering the procedure. I'm 27 this year and have phimosis. I've been thinking about surgery since college, but kept putting it off until April 20th. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to lose my virginity. First of all, if you have a long foreskin and can retract it, you don't need surgery; just keep it clean. But for phimosis like mine, it's definitely necessary. I had the Korean-style micro-sculpting surgery, so I'll mainly talk about that here. I booked an appointment online beforehand and got a 200 RMB discount. If you can take time off work, it's best to take a day or two off beforehand. If you're too embarrassed to take time off, have the surgery done before a weekend or holiday. This one or two days of rest will greatly aid in recovery. Okay, let's talk about the surgery. 1. First, make an appointment online. At the hospital, a guide will lead you to the hospital. You'll need to have blood and urine tests to see if you're suitable for surgery. The test fee is around 35 yuan, and the results take about ten minutes. Then, the attending physician will arrange the surgery. 2. After the arrangement, you'll pay the fees. Including shaving and medical equipment costs, it's a little over 1000 yuan. After paying, the guide will take you to a room for shaving and disinfection with medication (I think it's iodine). Then you just wait for the surgery. 3. Before the surgery, you'll be given anesthesia, which is really painful. It seems like three injections. The first one on the glans made me break out in a cold sweat, but just bear with it. This is the most painful part; once you get through it, the rest is child's play. 4. During the surgery, there's a curtain separating you from the procedure, so you can't see the process, but you don't feel much. (I had the surgery in the afternoon; I had some drinks with friends at noon, and the surgery was a little numb and painful, but bearable.) 5. The surgery takes about half an hour, and the doctor keeps reassuring you that there's nothing to worry about. 6. After the surgery, I went to the attending physician. Without even asking any questions, they directly charged me 800 yuan for treatment, which was the so-called red light therapy. The cashier didn't explain clearly when I paid, and it sounded like a bribe, so I thought I'd just give it. Later I found out it was red light therapy; if I had known earlier, I wouldn't have done it. I had an IV drip while receiving red light therapy for an hour. 7. I didn't feel any pain after the surgery. I was worried that the wound would hurt a lot, but the more time passed, the more I felt like my penis wasn't really mine—on the fourth day after the surgery, I watched porn, and there was no reaction at all... The pain wasn't from the new incision, but from the needle marks where they gave me anesthesia. Even after the scabs formed, it still hurt a little. 8. Because of phimosis, there was some frenulum adhesion, so the surgeon performed a thin frenulum repair. For those with phimosis who want to keep the area clean but don't want surgery yet, clean it periodically with medical cotton swabs. 9. I didn't go for a dressing change on the second day, but went on the third. The attending physician tricked me into doing something—I forget what—for 600 yuan. This time, I mainly wanted the doctor to wrap the gauze for me because I thought I could change the gauze myself after the surgery, but I couldn't wrap it properly, so I went. But I couldn't resist being tricked and ended up paying this dishonest fee. 10. Let me talk about post-operative recovery. Try not to drink alcohol or smoke, and eat less spicy food.
The first night was the most painful. I couldn't sleep deeply; if I did, I'd definitely get a surgical emergency (BQ). So, I just dozed off whenever I felt sleepy. That's why they initially recommended having the surgery before a rest day so I could stay up all night. Around 5 AM, I couldn't take it anymore and fell asleep, only to be woken up by the surgical emergency (BQ). It seemed like I was bleeding...
I changed the gauze myself every day after the third day. I learned from the nurse who changed the gauze, and I gradually got the hang of it. Basically, I would get up a little earlier in the morning, disinfect with iodine solution using a cotton swab, and then wrap it with gauze after it dried. I would change it again when I got home in the evening.
The most painful part during recovery is the injection site for the anesthetic; it hurts to the touch. The glans penis rubs against the skin while walking, but that's okay; you'll get used to it gradually.
The inconvenience is that I have to hold paper every time I urinate to prevent the gauze from getting wet. Also, it feels like the ureter is stuck inside, and I have to use a lot of effort to flush the urethra with urine each time I urinate. This is not a big deal, just don't wrap the elastic gauze on the outside too tightly.
The skin on the glans will peel off two or three layers; wipe it with iodine solution frequently.
I feel it's a bit longer and harder than before, but I can't masturbate anymore. I masturbated once about 20 days after the surgery, and it took me more than half an hour to feel anything. As soon as I let go a little, it started again.
I won't upload the photo since it's too late to see clearly. Is 13.5cm x 4cm okay?
