Will I get STDs from oral sex, deep penetration, or BDSM with a condom?

I rarely go to prostitutes, especially in the last two years—I've only been a handful of times. It's not that I'm short of money, but I'm afraid of getting infected! AIDS, genital warts, genital herpes, syphilis, gonorrhea… these terrible diseases constantly flash through my mind! Many of my friends frequent these places, and quite a few have gotten infected. Many of them neglected to use condoms during sex! Seeing their experiences terrifies me. But sometimes, when I'm overcome with lust, it's hard to control my desires—the saying goes, "the big head can't control the small head." I've really decided that even if I pay for sex services at a sauna, I won't do sex services anymore. At most, I'll do regular sex, condom-assisted sex, and lesbian sex. I won't do lesbian sex either, because I've seen many cases of "perianal genital warts," which may have been contracted through lesbian sex! So, in my spare time, I search for information online or consult experts online, but the answers I get are all over the place. Some say using a condom is 100% safe, while many others say that condoms are "contraceptives" not "protective condoms"! Now I feel like I've learned a bit too much! There's a lot of online debate about whether these "services" can lead to infection. Many claims suggest that even with a condom, infection is possible, with the three most serious STIs—genital warts, syphilis, and genital herpes—having a very high risk of transmission during oral sex. Condoms offer virtually no protection against genital warts and genital herpes because these viruses are very small and can pass through the gaps in rubber molecules. Furthermore, the herpes virus can also spread through vaginal secretions to the unprotected area of the penis. Even during intercourse, if the sex worker has ulcers on their tongue or other viruses in their mouth, transmission can occur (meaning that if a sex worker performs unprotected oral sex or intercourse with a previous client, they can easily leave the previous client's virus in their mouth and then infect the next client). Some even say that even at a foot massage parlor, if the sheets aren't clean or the technician hasn't washed their hands, it's easy to contract STIs! I'm completely unsure now and don't know how to effectively prevent infection. Some people say that not going to prostitutes can prevent diseases, but that's a bit difficult, since they're all men.
