Method 2: Exercise: Consistent exercise. Effect: Slower. No drawbacks, beneficial to health. Method 3: This method combines with Method 2. Every day when washing your genitals, wrap your penis in a warm, damp towel and perform thrusting. It's crucial that the towel is warm, ideally around 42°C (close to the internal temperature of the vagina). This not only increases the friction sensitivity of the penis but also allows it to gradually adapt to the vaginal temperature during friction, preventing premature ejaculation caused by sudden heat upon penetration.
