To comprehensively enhance sexual function and achieve a better sexual experience—the necessity of leg exercises for men. 

I've been into fitness for a while now. From initially knowing nothing and blindly practicing, I've now managed to plan my own diet and training, understand the functions of major muscle groups and other health knowledge, and have trained to about twice my body weight (around 150kg) in deadlifts and squats. I've gotten the hang of it, and I'm writing down these thoughts because of them.
In commercial gyms, you often see men focused on upper body training, as the large pectoral and deltoid muscles developed through bench presses and powerlifting are very attractive in photos. However, in comparison, few people are willing to train their lower body diligently, unless they are powerlifting enthusiasts. Aside from the soreness and pressure from heavy weights, and the challenges to cardiovascular function, there are very few opportunities to showcase the results of leg muscle hypertrophy training. After all, a grown man can't exactly expose his thighs to everyone he meets.
In fact, from a male sexual function perspective, the benefits of leg training are obvious. First, heavy weight training can enhance lower body explosiveness. For example, deadlifts, from a movement trajectory perspective, are like "operating" a barbell, and training the hamstrings and erector spinae muscles of the lower back core can help increase the intensity and frequency of thrusting during intercourse. Second, leg training helps increase testosterone secretion in men. Many men experience a decline in libido and sexual function with age, and one important factor is the decrease in testosterone levels. Squats are very helpful in improving this, and many middle-aged men feel that even if they are usually weak, they will still have a morning erection the day after leg training. Personally, since I started working out, both as a single man and in couples, I have indeed helped my partner achieve more orgasms. Thirdly, and equally importantly, developing strong lower limbs helps boost a man's self-confidence and improves a woman's aesthetic perception. After all, the pursuit of strength and absolute power is part of human nature, and no one wants to be disliked by a woman for being a "pike." Leg training also enhances confidence in sexual activity.
Finally, taking advantage of my newbie inflated ego, here's a picture of my current thigh training progress. I've pretty much exhausted the beginner's perks by now, and there's still a long way to go compared to the experts in the fitness world. Please bear with me, those of you who are doing well.
