Wife's Rental Agreement
Lessor: ___ (hereinafter referred to as Party A)
Lessee: ___ (hereinafter referred to as Party B)
After friendly consultation, Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement:
I. Party A will rent out his wife to Party B for use.
II. Lease term: one day.
III. Rent and Payment Method:
1. The rent is discounted to RMB __ per day (in words: RMB __), and the deposit is RMB __ (in words: RMB __)
which shall be paid by Party B to Party A one day before the commencement of the lease.
2. The rent is paid in advance and paid only after use. The specific usage period is calculated based on the rent.
3. Upon receiving the rent (including the deposit) from Party B, Party A shall hand over his wife to Party B.
5. Terms of performance by both parties:
1. Party B shall pay all usage fees in a timely manner. Party B shall bear all food and accommodation expenses incurred during the lease term.
2. Party B guarantees not to sublet his wife to others, and Party B shall not sexually abuse Party A's wife (except for those with SM needs), nor shall Party B force Party A's wife to do anything against her will or that is illegal; Party A may watch Party B's sexual intercourse and use with Party B's consent, and Party A may also participate in threesomes only with Party B's consent.
3. If either Party A or Party B terminates the lease during the lease term, they must give the other party one day's notice in advance; otherwise, the breaching party shall pay the other party a penalty of [amount] yuan. The penalty is twice the daily rent.
4. Upon expiration of the lease term, Party A shall inspect the property of his/her wife. If there is no damage or injury and Party B has not committed any other breach of contract, Party A shall return the deposit. Otherwise, Party A shall have the right to deduct the deposit at its discretion and reserve the right to take legal action.
