0311 Xinji. I am a single man.

I heard there's a lantern festival in Xinji this year, and the reports say the authorities seem to be taking it quite seriously. Stalls are free at the festival, but you need to enter a lottery. I figured if I won, the profits should be pretty good.
I signed up, and luckily, I got selected.
I'll probably be in Xinji for the entire festival, so couples, lovers, or single women who live nearby can contact me.
